I got the first one (Lamicall) and it's amazing. It feels solid all around; from the 10lbs base to the super stiff gooseneck. And it's really hard to push over, even with the iPad mounted. I would say I could probably hang 10 iPads and the gooseneck wouldn't move. I put it with the stem one inch from my front wheel and the goose neck is long enough to hold the iPad at headbutting distance while I'm on the bike. My wife liked it too much and stole it so I had to order another one.
Hello, Do you think the second option would be good to use in a church stage setting? I’m leaning to buy the second option, but afraid of the iPad constantly falling off,,
@@user-wp6lv3gn1i bought a Lamicall table top stand, which is nice. As well as a Kobra Tech tripod mount - it works good, but could be a little higher quality

@@evantaucher the stands you review, while interesting, are not multifunctional. As in you could use as a actual microphone stand with an iPad. That is really what most musician use.....something that can hold an iPad AND a microphone. Not just an iPad.
@@ericdano ahhh true I could of done that. There’s atleast a ton of people that DONT use a mic though. Especially among artists that obviously won’t be singing. Hope you find what you need!
Jeez man, critical much? He’s not reviewing stands WITH a microphone, just one for an iPad. Instead of being a bit snarky about it go find another review or try a little kindness in your reply and request that he review ones that hold a microphone and an iPad. I found the review wonderfully helpful.

Does it rotate at the base? Like easy to keep position, and just rotate when it's time to get a snack?
I rencently started to thinking about switching to iPad instead of the paper chaos I have. This was very helpful, thanks Evan!
Good choice! Glad it was helpful :)

Thank you for doing this!!!
Nice review Evan. Ordering the Lamicall.
Good call!
Thanks a lot for the comparison! 💯🎉👏🏽
Which tablet do you use to put all your music sheets?
Check out the new Hercules DG307B, could use it on a mic stand and you can clamp it onto a desk as well.
Do you have any recommendations for iPad mounts? I’m looking for something well built that can mount an iPad Pro to a tripod
Hi did you find anything?

With the first one, does it stay in place or does it end up dropping down and you have to keep adjusting the camera angle?
Hi Evan, interesting vid thanks. What size iPad are you using there?
thanks! 12.9"
Why would you rate one that falls off as “the best”?
Thank you!
Nice!!!! 👌👌👌
Cool

Good, except a lot of us use an iPad mount with a actual microphone stand (to use an actual mic)....
I don’t understand what you’re saying...
