- This time, I made a full-scale family camper with the Hiace standard S-GL on a low budget. The material cost is about 50,000 yen.
I'm also using the bed kit that I already installed, but even if I don't have the bed kit, the cost shouldn't change that much, so please try to calculate it.
Although we often see campers based on the Hiace Wide, the camper specifications based on the Hiace van are valuable. Moreover, this full-scale camper "family compatible".
To be precise, since we have one dog, it is a full-scale camper that supports a family of five and one dog. This is good news for the world's parenting family households and dog lovers.
Compared to the Hiace Wide, the Hiace Van has the features that the body price is cheaper, the minimum radius is smaller, and it is easier to handle. I think there are many people who can't hide their joy in the realization of a full-scale camper with this Hiace van.
Not all good things. Due to the limited space inside the car, the shower room and toilet were excluded this time. I couldn't do it. I'm sorry.
This is not a moving hotel, but for the toilets and baths, we had you use public roadside stations and hot spring facilities, and I think you got a room where you can spend your time with peace of mind in a wonderful location. I want to wish.

ただ使ってみて感じる問題点もあるので、解説動画を作ってみたいと思います。
その時に寸法も見て測ってみます。
なので少し時間をいただきたいです。
お時間ない場合は、下記を参考にご検討ください。
ベッド高さ:右フレーム高さ＋2ばい4材縦高さ
棚高さ:左タイヤハウス高さ＋板高さ
横幅:セカンドシートを倒した時当たらない長さ。ですがベッド常設だとシートは倒せません。ベッドを1枚ずらせば一段倒れますが、余程気になる時以外は常設にしときます。ベッド板が暴れることがありますし、効果が薄いからです。
縦幅:完成した時に布団一枚分確保できるように調整しました。
土台の木材は太めの角材ですが、太すぎず細すぎずで、側面の板と合わせて強度を出しているので、ビスの長さ(コーススレッド)が短い面と板で打ち込んだ時に貫通しないものだと楽です。実際どのくらいだったかは動画で一緒に見てみましょう😅
板の厚みはある程度こだわったように思います。20mmだったような。これも後ほど。

あと、下の段の横幅はどれくらいになりますか？
下の段の横幅は現場合わせが良いです。
マスキングテープで型を決めていって柱を立てていって具合を見たほうが間違いないです。計測も難しいですし、立体なので私には無理でした。
後部ドア付近の湾曲からストレートになるあたりを起点として、角材幅とポータブルクーラー幅を差し引いたところから、棚が始まります。棚の終わりはシートベルトの位置で、理由はここも湾曲があるためです。棚は長方形が楽だという発想からなので、切り取りができればここはいろいろ工夫ができるかと思います。
残りのスペースは私は靴箱にしましたが、普段は小物を入れられて便利です。
