    Sat Nam, friend ❤ I am starting my 30 days Sat Nam kriya today. It's been 2 years since I've done daily Kundalini practice mainly because my practice group broke up and I wasn't disaplined on my own. However, the more I practiced, the more I want to practice. I've been gradually increasing to 2-3wk. I'm looking forward to getting back to myself through these magical and powerful technologies and meditations. Aloha

    Today was day 40 of doing this Kriya. I feel good, my core is much stronger and I stand up straight much more easily. Thanks for this video I have watched it every day along the way. 😀👍🏻 I plan to continue, now like you said it's a habit. Also I feel much more even keeled mentally. Thank you!

    Sat Nam, This is an excellent kriya to practice while you are shifting in energy - it will stabilize you - be sure to tune in with the Adi Mantra (ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3 X) and rest for 3 mins following. Also be sure to eat more protein and drink more water to ground yourself. go outside and look at a tree - Who cares what others think about you? Just be yourself ! Peace to you.

    Gave it a try. It really works. It's really powerful. It's really good. Always end my sessions with this and then just relax with no distractions. Always light-headed, swirling original energy entering and social tensions departing. Great. .

    Thank you so much for your teachings and insight. I have had many things "happen" to me (visions, clairvoyance, telekinesis, premonition, and most beneficial, Reiki) per say but no one can lead me further on how to hone those skills. Everybody I've tried to explain to things I'm psychotic, delusional, etc...not only that but my daughter has these gifts too. Thank you for your posts. Much appreciated.

      yeah its sooo hard. I hav been looking for a mentor for my daughter who has had gifts since 8..shes 11 now. I so wish there were like minded people or kids that she could ask questions to. there is a teen that was on tv..we met her, didnt know she was on tv b4. was really nice and my daughter bonded with her for the remainder of our ghost walk...she gav us her number and said my kid could call her anytime. my poor lil daughter looked up to her and admired her. made her art work, videos, drawing of the different entities and spirits she was seeing. .I didnt want to bother her knowing teens can b busy especially if they are mediums and travel to several haunted sites...but a few months went by...my daughter saw something sooo scary, I reached out to cassidy and never got a call back..tried her on fb..then another time we were in her area..again was ignored....then when the 1 yr anniversary of them meeting came up, same event held every year...we were told by her uncle (who we met b4 too) to not show up...they, her, the event was way too buzy...but he wud pass my number to someone who cud help..well I never got a phone call from Cassidy, her uncle, or the cousin that was suppost to help. we had noone to help us understand the frightful things she saw...didnt know if she was in danger or under attack..we went to another event found the sweetest people, mom and daughter gypsies that are very gifted that helped us..they fixed it. ps they knew cassidy ect...and event..it wasnt sold out, not even busy..they laughed at blowing my daughter off.. lesson learned. people will smile in your face to portray to the group they are cool...but its all about the money and charging for help and not about helping a young girl at all..
      my daughter actually thought everyone saw what she saw..when she found out she was gifted her 1st question was can I help find missing kids mommy. shes a sweet kid..I really wish she could talk to others maybe more skilled or been threw more than her..resently my 7 yr old is hearing and seeing things too. ugh! lol...

    Sat nam I wanted to take the time to thank you for kriya I have done this meditation previously (but not 40 days) under the training of my amazing kundalini teacher Tej who study under of man who discover kundalini yogi bhajan. This was my first 40-day consistent meditation I've ever done thanks to you and your guidance I listen to you every day and my 40th of kriya was december 29th 2021. I did 3 minutes of kriya and then I did 3 mins of the.prosperity mantra har. This amazing meditation help me in cleansing my lower-level chakras to a new level and operating on a higher consciousness and vibration.     U so right Caramelo, there's people who is ready more than others to wake up, but I trully believe there's also a lot of people who will wake up with this Sat Kriya the brother in this video is nicely teaching Us. I've seen it personally, some persons dont need much help to wake it up, some others do. If we all do help each other, We'll spread the teaching and connection for a better world. PEACE

    After practicing, I felt intense bliss in my head and heart, usually achieved only after at least 20 minutes of meditation.
    Looked in the mirror, there was a white aura around my head. This is the real deal Holyfeild.

    Sat Nam, Yes this is what happens wihen the kundalini rises (the nerve of the soul) - and the purpose of yoga is to prepare you for meditation. this is the shortest yoga kriya in kundalini yoga - keep practing it !

    Sat Nam, well the spiritual meaning is that you are allergic to someone who is denying your power - they don't see or recognize you - drop them - you want to surround yourself with people who treasure you ! Physically try taking a very cold shower in the morning - be sure to rub your body the whole time - it is a yogic technique that clears out your circulatory system and you will FEEL great - afterwards tho : )

    This is the only thing that I've tried that I can actually feel something going on in my third eye area. It's pretty cool. I'm going to try this for a week and see what happens. BTW, I've been studying different modalities since 2008.

    Hello, I have done the kriya twice now after 1 hour of P90X2 Yoga that I have been doing for 18 months. I feel a energy and higher awareness and general good feeling about myself and others. I understand the energy centers from 35 years in martial arts and have started to incorporate Yoga into my cross training.
    Thank you for your video, I am also beginning classes at local Kundalini Yoga in Nashville this week.

    Sat Nam. Yes you can. Sat Kriya Variation- Spine strait in easy pose. keep the left hand holding the left knee. bring the right arm up 90 degrees. hand open, fingers extended wide. chanting sat nam in in the same way. This does a little more than Sat kriya, with the right hand open it balances the 5 tattvas(elements). It also unites the heart center with totality, making it easier to be yourself in social situations.

    Kundalini awakening is never bad the symptoms that are deemed "hectic" or frightening are there for your ultimate growth, it is only with little awareness of the totality of your self that you feel as though the symptoms are to much to handle, the kundalini is a loving energy, why would there be any such negativity coming from it?... Just let go

      People have committed suicide from the side effects of kundalini awakening. People have completely ruined their lives. There is no doubt about this. This information is available online & many many yoga teachers agree. The kundalini is not a loving or hateful energy. It is neutral energy that runs thru the chakras, where your destiny, cravings, karma are stored.

    I very much like how you teach on your videos. It is just what I was looking for. And as for Debbie Taylor, I agree whole heartedly. People who are not prepared for the awakening or do not know what is happening at that moment, as mine was, it can be a very scary experience, stay on the mentally positive side, know you are moving to a higher state not to an evil one.     Thank you so much for posting. I have been searching for an instructional video like this and yours has crossed my path at the right time. After doing this just one time I can feel the energy tingling all through my body, even in my lips. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to practicing regularly. Any suggestions of things I should keep in mind?

    I've been doing this practice daily sometimes twice a day for about three weeks. A few days ago I started doing it for 10 1/2 minutes. Since starting this keys, I've been getting more and more depressed. The longer version put gave me great joy one time. It felt so freeing but the next night not so much. When I played down after that last night to rest after the practice, I think I kept vibrating in my upper body. I didn't feel good or bad. That evening I ended up feeling some of the worst, most bizarre deep sadness I've ever experienced. It felt like I was in another dimension. I woke up that morning with the strangest awake dreams that lasted hours. After several hours in began moaning loudly in emotionally pain. I could not stop the feelings. I was so uncomfortable as well. I immediately stopped Sat Nam and feel a little better. That same day I had a very bad anxiety attack after being in a small store.
    I am very familiar with the spiritual world. I've had many incredible experiences but none of them negative at all. Some were very peculiar but all loving and positive. A lot of this stopped because my partner left and I had a profound nervous breakdown.
    I'm lost now. I wanted to release my kundalini to thin the veil and have more incredible experiences. I wanted to bring myself closer to
    G-d. Did I actually release the energy?? Is that what happened? I did not feel the serpent up my spine just tremendous joy the second to the last time I practiced Sat Nam. I have no one to guide me but myself. I also do hatha yoga which has been wonderful and I meditate almost everyday.
    I apologize for not writing this more clearly. I'm just so tired and curious. Thank you for any guidance you can give me 🙏

      Your not ready yet. Your heart chakra needs to be on point

      You need to het over your past and your pain fully and be in a state of love. Love os the fourth chakra. Once thats accomplished you can take that to your head- third eye. There's a reason we work upwards. The baggage needs to be cleared below.
      Whenever you remember your past, if you feel at peace with it, then you have truly gotten over it and made peace with it.
      Forgive. Let go. And be free. In love. With the divine. One source. One God.
