This has nothing to do with the video today, but thought I'd share with you so you know how much your videos stick with ppl. I was in neighborhood market off 116th yesterday in owasso. I was picking up a quick meal for my hubby and I for dinner. I grabbed the Ingredients needed and was looking for a side. I walked by and saw the Bob Evan's mashed potatoes! Thought of you and how much you rave about them, so I grabbed them microwaved them and stuck them in a small serving dish. I lost my appetite after cooking so I did not eat. My hubby however, just loved them. He thought I made them and kept saying how great of a job I did on the mashed potatoes! I wanted the credit. But I was honest and told him what they were and how I heard about them! Thanks for sticking in my mind! You not only save me with decor ideas but dinner too! That's a win win!! Love ya girlie! From one oklahoma girl to another!
Great video. May want to add a surge suppressor and plug into hidden wall outlet behind shelving units. Screw surge suppressor to front of shelves for access in future without having to move boxes. Thanks for your video.
I vacuum my garage too! I have the cats litter boxes in the garage and vacuuming is so much easier then sweeping. Sending hugs 🤗. You are an incredible inspiration!
GREAT VIDEO‼️‼️ Timing was great for me … I am slowly getting my flex room put together and our extra bedroom in the back of the house is now my closet and also shelves for overflow and items that are only used occasionally. This is one of my all time most satisfying spaces to be organized! I can't wait to get some tall shelves in my garage! When my garage opens I need it to be nice and clean too so if neighbors happen to be out or whatever lol... I always think it should look organized and clean too or I get stressed, just like dishes in the sink😁!!! Love this video too!
Hello, for storing the pool-floaties in the garage, I would use wall hooks and either bungee cords or rope, etc., to store them up off the floor and onto the wall. Like a hook at each end, with a cord at each end of the floaty, just wrapped around the floaty. I bet that would work.
I love them shelves use them in my outside building for like 6 years and put 3 of the smaller ones in my house to use as food and paper products storage this year
A year later outside Wash DC these shelves are $99. 😭 I just used to organized my in-laws garage and they are so sturdy. They hold 100lb per shelf so my kids tested by sitting on top shelf. Great video.
We just moved and finally have a garage and a basement! We need to organize our garage and we have always used those same shelves, they are lined up in the basement we just need to finish off the garage! We really need a shed for tools though, so that's going on my wishlist!

I love the visually peaceful look of all the shelves and matching bins. I would have gotten another shelf too. :-) A quick tip regarding those clear paint-related containers. If you slide a sheet of white paper down the front, you won't see the contents, and it will look visually cleaner.

Another super satisfying video! This IS the very best garage makeover ever. I cleaned mine only once. I have boxes15-20 years that I have no idea what in them. Guess they aren’t important! I bought storage shelf’s but paid a lot more and I hate them. Why? The color. Honest. I want white. And storage boxes. Will think about in in my 90-98 temp. 🥵
Love this. We got the metal black shelves from Home Depot. I think it ended up being very similar to yours in the end. I need to redo it all. Being a photographer, every time I have a newborn session I pull out stuff and it doesn't go back in until I have a moment to wash them. (so I don't confuse what is clean and what is not). We don't keep our car in the garage (Just during a hurricane ugh lol). It is such a wreck now though. Great inspo!
Those HDX tubs are my favorite. They have this size that is more shallow than your big ones, that is perfect for up in the attic space! (The one you have, is a PITA to get up the ladder since it is almost the size of the opening). Those are so tough to find. I have been swapping all my bins out to these though! They close and stay closed! I do need to do the garage bins though. The photo stuff is in clear bins and I hate that!
I vacuum my garage as well. I also vacuum the rugs on my deck and patio...freak that I am... I've also vacuumed my sidewalk (when I was sure the neighbors were gone).

I understand the need for organization and matching!! It gave me anxiety with the first shot of the garage! Plus I think you overspend when things aren’t organized and easy to find!! We have bought different items 3 times because we couldn’t find them only to find them a few months later!! It looks great and most importantly it’s functional!!

My husband and I "went shopping" in our garage and staged bins in another room until we were ready to organize. We had a number of bins from when he had to carry inventory in his full-size van. So, by using those, we didn't have to buy something else.
Love how the final product turned out. We actually just bought a couple of the metal shelving from Lowe’s and hopefully maybe this weekend will organize the garage. Next time please just wear some shoes.

I LOVE to organize but the garage is off limits. It's my husband's domain. I decided to use all clear storage bins in one area for the seasonal decorations. I'm regretting that decision. I should have purchased the black ones and labeled them. That will probably happen next year.
omg girl. it looks amazing. a couple yrs ago we redid ours and i got cabinets so i didnt have to see the crap that my hubby wont get rid of. lol. he is a pack rat! im like u i hate to see the stuff. he can have it, just dont want to see it! so now it looks pretty good, but he still piles crap up on his work bench. how do you break them of that!

When lumber goes back down built in shelving is really nice for garage organizing also! This looks great and assessable for anyone to be able to do!

They are very sturdy, that’s funny your kids tested them!
I wouldn't use those type of shelves because they are not adjustable. They also don't hold heavy weight. The bins are great, though.

Looks great. I put shelves in my garage. I have wheels on them though. It makes it easier to move them around once you have stuff on them.

Have you considered Space Bags for your pillows? I think I would be leery of using them after spiders and such had access. Great job all around!

These shelves are 92 dollars at my local home depot now. Inflation is no joke
