New Heating Coil in my JenKen 16 Fiber Kiln

last night my heating coil came, so we are replacing it today. Not hard to do. My new Jen Ken pro 16 Fiber Kiln had one of the coils stop working. They thought it was probably a wire that got loose during shipping and it shorted out. I was nervous but other then needing strength to undo the screws, it is really and easy fix. There are instructions and Jen Ken has great customer service.
