GT Foundation - Punlaan School M.E.E.T. the Scholars

𝗠.𝗘.𝗘.𝗧 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗧-𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀!
Last May 17, GTFI took a significant step in the journey of its GT-Punlaan Scholars by implementing its engagement program, Motivate, Educate, Engage, and Track (M.E.E.T.). Among the participants were scholar graduates from Batch 31 and Batch 32 scholars undergoing the Dual Training Program in Hospitality and Culinary Arts (DTP-HCA).
GTFI’s partners from Punlaan School, Ms. Imelda Nibungco, President and Chairperson of Foundation for Professional Training, Inc., Ms. Maria Theresa “Kai” Nabatar, School Director, and Ms. Filipinas De Guzman, Vice Director for Student Affairs, graced the event with their presence. Partner subsidiaries from the Grand Hyatt Manila, Ms. Ivy Remulla, Learning and Development Manager, and Ms. Camille De Guzman, Learning and Development Officer, were also present during the M.E.E.T.
In addition, as part of the scholars’ holistic development, Ms. Ruth Chaneco, Training Manager of First Metro Management Asset, Inc. (FAMi), also facilitated a financial literacy training.
Through a MOA signing activity, GTFI also took the opportunity to formalize another multi-year scholarship support to Punlaan School, signifying the foundation's commitment to supporting techvoc education through its Scholarship for Technical and Vocational Education Program (STEP).
The M.E.E.T program aims to promote student engagement, foster motivation, and provide financial literacy to the students.
