    Sicce is rock solid. Love them on my skimmer. Bought the utility pump too for my water change station. Should have waited 2 weeks for black friday.

    Well, my first pump 6.0 was very quiet but after two weeks the flow rate after 4 to 8 HR would jump to turbo mode so I returned it and the second and third one very noise so Sicce is sending me the fourth pump to try they have great customer service and BRS has the best customer service hands down I will get the new pump in to or three days and let you no what the outcome is.

    Planning on using the multi pump in dry/in-line operation. this is to pump water into my smaller tank which is housing my algae turf scrubber.
    no issues using it in-line 12 hours a day operations since it is in-line capable?

    Hey, great stuff guys..
    I wondered if you could tell me if there is a difference in the audible volume when comparing submerged to external installation?
    Cheers guys

      The same pump plumbed externally will always be louder than it being plumbed as a submersible pump. When it's used submersed, the water around the pump acts as a sound dampener.

    I use water pumps purely for adding water in the tank and dumping old water in the toilet. All that other internet and temperature is not needed for my use.

  • @Bete_Noir
    @Bete_Noir 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    The temperature monitoring feature is a great addition. Unfortunately, it only reports in Celsius. Fahrenheit is not available. Sicce could remedy this very easily via software update.

    The flow restrictor is kinda of lame. Just buy the right size pumps.

    How to you attach the hose to the end ensuring making there is no leakage

    • @BRStv
      @BRStv  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If the pump is going to be submerged, you can use a zip tie or one of these plastic clamps: www.bulkreefsupply.com/ratchet-clamp-for-tubing.html

    the sicce 1.5 has wifi capability ?

    • @BRStv
      @BRStv  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, the Sicce Syncra Silent 1.5 cannot be controlled. Sicce's newer SDC pumps, however, do hook up to wifi and their app for full control 🙂
