Мы, обычно, ужинаем в шесть часов вечера и позже уже не едим. Иногда можно выпить кефир или с' есть яблоко.
А в Иране, смотрю, едят на ночь рис, мясо, часто щапивая всё это кока - колой 😮
А потом, после такой еды, у них проблемы с печенью, почками. Раньше у них рацион питания, наверное, был поскромнее, но благодаря Ютубу начали питаться сытно, часто на ночь. Организму такое питание тяжеловато. Причем разлады со здоровьем из-за питания наблюдаются во многих семьях. Такую пищу надо запивать чаем, а у вас чай перед едой, а потом после еды эти вредные напитки, типа кокаколы. Здоровья всем.

Well in case you are not aware….dogs in Iran are traditionally not vaccinated…meaning they do carry diseases that are fatal. They also interact with fixes and wolves in the mountains and bring those diseases back to the home. That is still the case in the mountains…. And before you open your flapping mouth to say oh Iran should vaccinate the all dogs….you should tell Iran that stoning women and women without any rights needs to be fixed as well.
