S-300V series is another thing entirely. These are truly fearsome WW3 grade gear, but too cumbersome to use in a war such as this. There is simply not much the US or western Europe can do to help Armenia. Look at a map, they are really sitting in a bad place. Their neighbours are Azerbaijan (which they had a war with), Iran (those crazy mullahs) and Turkey. Turkey is a Nato member, but has it's very own agenda in that region and worst of all, the Turks tried to kill off all the Armenians in 1915/16. That fact is well remembered in Armenia, but hushed up in Turkey and NEVER mentioned in polite company.
