0.5g stearic acid was taken in procedure, but according to definition we have to calculate values per gram. So, to get per gram value we have to multiply by 2...

however I have a small question, I can do the saponificacion number (S) by titration because the GMS-K is a salt and it is neutralized with de HCl but if I want to determine S from an ethoxylate alcohol?
