Then when she gets called out all i heard were excuses and accusations about the incompetence of others because it's NEVER HER FAULT. The Chairwoman was not having it which tickled me to no end. She let her rip into Gao Hui, Yu Yi and Yu Zhi as they deserved. Gao Jie to save the day and Gao Hui still arrogant. Gao Hui is what happens when parents tell their kid they're great all the time and never have realistic talks with them and manage their bad behavior. But when you have a mother like Wu Xiaoci and a father like Gao Hui honestly, the bar was set pretty darn low on her turning out ok.
If you are watching this whole drama, remember this scene. Initially, they decided that Xiaojie has better design concept to produce a non problematic product. Somewhere along the way, after this scene, the decision was reversed with Yu Yi's input to switch back to Gao Hui's design which eventually caused them millions of Yuan an compensation for the defective product 2x from general market and exclusive customers
