Our electrician installed this fan in place of old one keeping wall regulator speed at highest. it worked fine with remote control but After one month fan stopped working and the Crompton technician says PCB gone and warranty is void as the fan was not installed bypassing the wall regulator. Fine print Instruction manual/Warranty card did say if using Regulator make sure knob position kept on highest speed. We bought it from Amazon for 3100. We feel cheated.

Hi, Kindly avoid using regular with this fan, not only this fan this is common for all BLDC ceiling fans otherwise the PCB will fail due to Unbalanced input terminal supply. Always bypass the regulator connection and directly connect the fan to the switch, if not then keep the regulator in full speed, Kindly watch the instructions showed in this video for remote pairing from 5:59 to 6:34
Really good and enough for 10×10/10×12 rooms it has wide spread airflow not only at the center of the fan only some cheap fans with light aluminium blades will give straight airflow but this fan has wide airflow because it has thick and best quality metal blades

No, it cannot be controlled by regulator if done it may result in damage of circuits due to lack of rated voltage, it's always better to control speed by remote 👍
Speed control and timer can be done only with remote otherwise manual ON/OFF we can normally control by switch like normal fans, only thing is it's impossible to control speed using regulator like normal fans
I don't think so, because from the time of purchase I don't feel that EHS is making any single humming noise that even comes from a normal induction motor fans during starting.

Hmm, it's better choice to try some custom made one's like 12/24V DC solar ceiling fans, most of them don't have remote. Instead of that we have to connect a 24V DC regulator in Series in between (+) supply to fan for controlling the speed, Just you have to additionally buy a DC regulator and a 12/24V SMPS or Adaptor (according to your requirement) with the fan.
Just like normal fans, but if you have warranty period then just give it to service center and get it replaced otherwise follow same procedure as normal AC ceiling fans to replace the stator

Hi my friends and buyer. This is my 100% honest review. I ordered Crompton BLDC fan. The fan arrived on time. When he was fitted, there was the sound of rubbing cake. So i replace it. When sending another fan from flipkart came in packing that the company has made a tamper in packing.When the fan opened, I felt that this fan sent me to repair any replaces. My hart i realy broken. This Chiting has made me a fan sender. (Omni Tech retail.) Why can not actually come with customer. Now I will never buy a second time from FlipCart. And do not even advise someone. The second fan came, it does not sound. But There are un-Balance. My twice the fan seemed to be charged. Now if I re-replacement it, then there is to be charged again. To buy such a fan, add a little money to buying Atmomburg fan. Please Don't by Crompton energion e Save 34.

Hi bro, There's no issues regarding that, colour coding is not a big problem with A.C appliances you can connect Direct or even opposite.

I have problem with remote pairing
Speed-1 itself is very fast, it should be half in that. It won't help on cold days.!
