    In today's video, which will be the last Christmas baking of the year, I made a moist Gugelhof cake full of Christmas atmosphere!
    I made it in mini size and it's really cute. ❤
    Made in four flavors: vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, and matcha.
    When making it, be careful not to let the egg temperature get too low and mix the eggs in 10 batches, and you will be able to make it without failure!
    I decorated it to give it a Christmas feel, but after making it, it really had a Christmas feel and was really pretty. 😊

    🔥 Preheat to 338℉(170℃), bake at 320℉(160℃) for 15-16 minutes
    ✏ Butter dough
    130g unsalted butter
    110g sugar
    1.5g salt (1g + half of 1g)
    15g honey
    115g eggs
    2g vanilla extract
    2g baking powder
    1. Basic
    32g cake flour
    10g heavy cream
    2. Chocolate
    28g cake flour
    4g Cocoa powder
    10g heavy cream
    3. Red Velvet
    31g cake flour
    1g cocoa powder
    10g heavy cream
    1.5g red food coloring
    4. Matcha
    28g cake flour
    4g matcha powder
    10g heavy cream
    1 drop of green food coloring
    ✏ Other ingredients
    3 strawberries
    coconut powder
    Marshmallow, mini marshmallow
    15g dark compound chocolate
    chocolate pen
    60g white compound chocolate
    Matcha powder
    Sprinkles for decoration
    pepero
    70g white couverture chocolate
    70g white compound chocolate
    ◼ Storage method ◼
    If you do not use the strawberry decoration, store at room temperature and consume within 5 days. If decorated with strawberries, refrigerate and eat within 3 days.

      Para fazer apenas com sabor de baunilha, adicione 130g de farinha para bolo. E adicione 40g de creme de leite. 😊

      바닐라맛만 하시려면 버터반죽에 박력분 130g, 생크림 40g을 넣어주시면 됩니다. ^^

      휴지하지 않고 바로 구워주셔야해요. 이 반죽은 버터를 크림화해서 공기 포집을 충분히 해주고 굽는 반죽이라 냉장고에 넣게되면 버터도 굳어버리고 구웠을 때 잘 안부풀 수 있어요 ㅜㅠ
