It's said a horse can take it's genotypes or phenotype from his last any of its 100 th generation we cannot predict in horse breeding only can hope for a good result 😊

genotype and phenotype terms are only used within the marwari horse industry, Other breeds don't even care about it, nor they care about markings specifically.
Marwari horse breeders have there own universe, where markings, size, height, color matters the most and conformation almost doesn't matters.

@@prasadpandule1417 more importantly on conformation. Most of the breeds have halter horses along with horses bred for other disciplines.
But most of them have defined judging standards and breed characteristics, where there is a logical explanation to every judgement.
The only breed characteristics marwari have current is the touching ears and height above say 58-59 inches. Any horse that is above this height with touching ear tips is a marwari horse.
Just imagine if arabian horses were bred with same mindset, Till date average height of arabians is around 15hh (60 inches) , While marwari horse breed so adulterated that our horses are close to draft breeds now.
