Non guitarists dont understand how much time it took to first figure out the notes and then learn to play them, its so hard because its a live version and not a studio version. Awesome job my friend, you deserve a lot of recognition for this one.
Learn chords and scales and you dont have to figure out the notes. Its just Dminor, Cmajor, A#, Amajor and Fmajor. Not really complicated but Mark Knopfler always founded a way to make great music with easy scales. Most of the notes are even the basenotes of the chord :)
Playing the original properly is already insanely tough, but you’ve just perfectly played the live version! This is beyond my belief how accurately you’ve matched Mark. You deserve so much more recognition my man, good luck ahead.

While only have played for 3 DAMN YEARS kinda makes you WAY more unique. while Khalid has been playing since he was a kid. (not saying he's below you, because he was better at guitar than me when he was 8 aswell 😭)

The live aid is my favorite live one. You sir are an absolute guitar genius. I’ve watched many covers and I can unequivocally say you are the best at playing anything by Mark.

Ismail Khalid has the guitar gift and grew up absorbing DS/MK style... But you have so much talent and precision as he does...
