So glad I found your channel. Don't get me wrong I dig watching grannies crocheting just like the next guy but come on... I got my Addi over the holidays and have been cranking out hats for the homeless in the Twin Cities like crazy. Loving the channel!
I am so intrigued by the sock machine, I'm so glad you're taking us along on the adventure with it. I have some sock looms that I haven't delved into yet but seeing your finished sock makes me want to whip em out! Also that color block sweater, so fab!
I knit my socks using needles and it is my jam! I am so happy to see the sock knitting machine because I make a lot and it takes too long but I am a little nervous in investing in one... For joining two knit pieces for stockinette, look into the kitchener stitch. This provides a seamless finish with no bumps on either side. That's what I use to finish my toes on my socks because I am very particular about bumps, especially on the bottom of the foot.
I LOVE your channel! i enjoy binge watching your episodes while recovering from foot surgery. You have inspired me back to my absolute love of crocheting. I would love love love to be a pattern tester!!! FYI - I’ve been crocheting since I was 6 and have made anything you can think of! Can’t wait for your next show!!!
I enjoyed the books quite a bit. Saw FGF had the box and got really excited so I got two lol. I picked up the ACOTAR doodle mystery set too. The American Haunting is fun too. She really does an amazing job dyeing and sticking to a theme
It truly is a whole different craft on the machine! I got mine right before I had my breast cancer surgery. That was back in September. And I am just getting to where I can do repetitive motion on that arm, my crank arm. So I'm excited to get into this with you.
The square for your spring-o-ween table scape is so pretty. That would be so pretty as a blanket or even a wrap. I didn’t catch the color way but I’ll go back and rewatch. Good luck with your socks. The price point on that machine would be a huge incentive to keep going for myself. Thanks for sharing
I'm new to your videos and I absolutely love them. If you're making sweaters and you wanna flat panel you should get a flatbed knitting machine. I have 1 and I make 100 sweaters every year.
Good luck with the sock machine!! I am going through the same thing with my flatbed Silver Reed LK150 knitting machine, just getting to know the machine’s personality and determined to become BFFs, but it is a journey for sure! Thanks for the updates on all your other cool projects. I am also finishing a cardigan that I am working up the pieces on the circular machine and a crochet wrap of my own kind of just flow with it design and using leftovers of a yarn that I loved when making a pullover sweater in the fall. ❤
try looking up the kitchener stitch for closing knits seamlessly, it takes some time to figure out, but once you get it it's so simple and it really is near impossible after finishing to see where you closed it
Every time a new video comes out I get the motivation to start a Tunisian crochet blanket🙈 P.S. coffee and project for this video was a hazelnut latte and mixed size granny square bag
Actually usually i crochet them with slip stitches, i usually knit my socks tho & sometimes do an afterthought heel and that’s usually what i crochet closed or when i’m mending holes socks or rare mistakes in socks.
I love that black and white yarn it’s so pretty. I’m there trying to make dragon wings in Megan Lapps crochet creatures boot and it’s just so hard. And my brain isn’t good at working in rows instead of rounds. It doesn’t help that I can’t find ANY videos on it on here. Idk 😢😢

That red eyeshadow is giving me mega The Tribe vibes. Man I loved that show.
I absolutely love your vibe❤❤❤ I could hang with you for hours watching movies and working with yarn 🧶
Love the Forth Wing ad the next book too. So great the yarn is named after the dragon types.💖
Ooooohhhhh I see the NBC kit in the background it looks so good back there
I just got myself a copy of Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros. I'm happy.

Woohoo! Congrats on your first sock. Hope you get it down pat soon. Oh , found out that a player in my D&D group also watches you.

My box is stuck at the post office until i can rescue it, but I watched anyway because curiousity killed the knitter 😂

No interest in fourth wing, but it's good to see a video from you!😊

Can you please link the hook/set you use for Tunisian crochet blankets? 😊

Absolutely 🦇 Love big twist yarn and how they added quite a few colors to this line last year!
I need this yarn 😢😢😢😢
With a 1mm or 1.5 mm crochet hook
You called fourth wing by the wrong title in this video. It's not four wings. It's fourth wing.
The book is not as ✨spicy✨ as everyone keeps saying
