@@dawe964 I don't see that happening the game has been in development for 5 years and people are going to buy it regardless, also a boycott requires a lot of people to even have a chance of being successful, given there are well over millions of DB fans that game we'd thousands of boycotters for it to potentially work, and that's assuming you only need a number like 10%, I'm pretty sure we'd need closer to 50% for a good chance of it working. Plus there's the thing going around about it being Sony's decision not Spike's.

@@Dztroyer possibly. But most of us that grew up playing the older games are grown now. I’m a few hours away from most of my friends I would play this with so the netcode is more of a concern for me. Obviously not everyone has the same situation as me but I think the online is what will save this
@@pandadragon863 for sure bro. Me and my bro’s are grown now as well. I personally live close to some of my guys but a lot of us are on separate consoles. So when they pull up, it’s always cool to fight one another on games with co-op access.

This game is going to be so dope. I feel for y’all that grew up playing in local versus but as someone who played tenkaichi solo I honestly wasn’t surprised and don’t really mind. Local split screen is dying off for a lot of games. It’s a shame but it’s a thing. Even Call of duty is making you sign in with another account just to use splitcreen locally. I’m definitely getting this game, I’ve been waiting too long for a sequel to care about local versus lol
Ayyy, W take man. I Was def privileged to have a brother to play it with growing up so I can’t complain😅. And I’m honestly super excited for it as well. I just think that local is good for the longevity of games. Especially fighting games. Cause when they eventually die down, one of the more common things people do on these died down games is play with friends and family when they come over. In my opinion ofc💯

I was saying it in the context of longevity. Because there hasn’t been a system dragon ball game in existence without co-op. I feel it is very rational to question if the game can survive longer without it. Cause we have yet to see a dragon ball game do something like this. In fact, most fighting games have co-op. When games start to die down, being able to play with family and friends that come over is partially what keeps a game holding on for years after its down spiral. This is just my opinion ofc. I Appreciate u for sharing yours💯
