I was on and off working out, had motivation for a week and then that would go away. Never really gained anything other than familiarity with the exercise. The folks that I watched about working out were like 5 days a week, push-pull split, do this instead of that and all that bs. Then I stumbled on your video and it just resonated with me. Got me thinking that I could go to the gym every alternate days that would be like 3-4 hours a week which I can afford without getting fatigued. I started to pay attention to my diet and focused on compound exercise. After 4 months now, with that approach, I got into a habit of working out, and eating healthy. Gained almost 18 pounds, went from being skinny to having confidence walking shirtless in a beach and keep getting compliments from my friends, family and my gf with the progress i have made. I Know I still have a long way to go but the habit of working out will stay with me forever. So a sincere thanks to you from the bottom of my heart. ❤❤
Seriously been enjoying these type of content. Came across your channel through fitness but also really rate these kind of content. You defo have a deeper outlook on things. Keep it up
Yo wanhee always putting out the realest, no BS content. the minimalist approach has been helping me not only in health and fitness but in other aspects of my life. Good stuff bro
Your advice my friend is truly what this community needs. I have found a community on TH-cam and your advice really resonated with me. Each and every point is important.
I have a clear goal, but sometimes I feel sad or lonely or some other negative emotion which makes me go "fuck it" and I order comfort food or skip gym cause I'm apathetic and so forth.
It's so easy to think that a different training program will give you more results or that more sets will make you bigger but its all about focusing on a handful of exercises, training very hard and adding weight to the bar then allowing your body time to recover
Ikr for some reason all the self improvement ytbers copy Hamza's style. The reason I started watching Wanhee is because of his old calm video style not this shit

Brother Nicholas, formerly known as Victor Pride, used to sell a 73-pages monk mode guide. Tons of filler and very little content, and quite debatable with that: Wake up at 5:00, 30 min meditation, 8 (??) sets of SuryaNamaskars, 2h of your goal, carnivorous-diet-type meal, 30 min meditation, 2h of your goal, 30 min meditation, 2h of your goal, 30 min meditation, carnivorous meal, go to bed at 20:00
thanks for your informative videos. I've been watching them lately to train by myself; your physique is my fitness goal now. btw could you reveal your body measurement?
Your youtube channel is the only i found to get to this elegant & aesthetic body. I started your program on Monday and im super excited. Im going to stick to the 6 months rutine. After the 6th month, what program we should follow? N°3?
It's easier said than done. I'm on day 71 of never missing a workout, sleep is on point, diet is clean, lots of protein, I hardly drink. My strength seems to be going up slowly on some lifts, but is stalling on others, and my body looks the same as it did a month and a half ago. Even if you are disciplined you can plateau and be limited by who knows what (genes? hormones? nutrition?). It's very hard to understand what your bottlenecks are and eliminate them. Although my bulk was less than impressive, starting monday I will cut and try to achieve a 6 pack, then bulk harder and hopefully have more success.
When you said day 71 never missing a workout, I realised your problem. You should only train once a week intensely full body, maximum twice per week. More than this you are hurting your gains, recovery etc. PPL, 3x a week full body are made by steroid users not for naturals. Go once a week all out in 4 exercises for full body, and relax the rest of the week, going on walks or stretching with a consistent diet, you will be set
@@ie2adm212 They're necessary but not sufficient. There will be many obstacles that you may or may not be able to overcome and you don't know until you face them. There are no guarantees.
@@isaacgeorge9042 Thanks for your advice. The reason I'm doing 6 days is for maximising consistency. It's easier for me to build a consistent habit if it's daily, and if my workouts take me less than 1 hour. I recently got a personal trainer and I'll be starting a 6-day PPL split.
Hello wanhee 😅 im new to the gym almost 2 months great progress so far. Tonight just had 1 bottle of beer and im concerned that it will affect all of my progress. Will it happen?
1 beer won't hurt your progress but I would account for it unless it a a break for a holiday. Drinking beer/liquid calories often will kill gains for sure
I can't fucking sleep. I struggle with insomnia for so long, I tried many things. 😢 That's one of the main things that concerns me about my muscular gains. I'm afraid I will nevr reach my dream physique (I've been training for 7 months).
What is your opinion on resistance bands i feel its easier for me then weights. I have epilepsy and have had seizures and they’ve taken a toll on my shoulders its hard for me to do over head exercises even with resistance bands. Im only 18 with arthritis in my shoulders 😅 but yea whats your opinion on resistance bands
I’ve been on a resistance band routine for 3 1/2 months and have achieved great results. You can add resistance bands to any bodyweight exercise to create progressive overload. I highly recommend getting a set of thick bands and getting started. I use Undersun bands, but there are plenty of other good ones out there. You can most definitely achieve an aesthetic body with resistance bands and a healthy diet.
I can vouch for the minimalist approach, 3months is right now. Completely transformed my body. Very motivating. Excited to continue
same here, it gets so easy after a couple weeks.. It helps with your body and your mind A LOT.
Love it! Yes!

Your content is amazing, learning a lot and implementing the learning in my life as well!
Thank you!!
I like the fact that you are a minimalist in your thinking!

Really not a fan of the Hamza style intros but other than that, love your stuff mate.

Hamza didn't invent that style.
It is called "storyselling" as in storytelling but with selling in it.

Nah your weird for this comment 😂
Yeah because Hamza invented these intros...💀💀💀
wow this is advice is so spot on
Yo because of you I got more gains in a few months than i got in like a year
Thanks
Love ur honesty. Great info pal

The second you mentioned Dr. Huberman my respect for you doubled!
Another grateful comment! If you are reading it, i assure you that this guy knows what he talking about
I work out at home, since my job is in education, not much money for extra expenses. Would you consider doind a video on working out at home? Thx
good stuff as always, would love to see a video that talks about the tempo
Hi, I like your videos. Good vibes and positive influence.

So, time and dedication does not work?

Sir im trying to watch your workout videos but i cant find them.. Even i click the links which you share but its not working..
TSop bullying Jim!!!😅
I love the content but… the Hamza style intro is overused. You can do better than doing the intro style. More videos to come sir!
Wait monk modes new again? Not 7 years old?
I wasnt expecting monk mode bs from you man..

i hate the hamza intro, but amazing video
Why don't u also do gym videos ?
W Video thank u ♥
videos saying kind of the same thing now ngl need to switch it up a gear
Finding community is the hardest thing for me. :|
I love the influnce Hamza haves. We need more youtuber like hamza and Him.
I love the hamza intros, really adds more depth than older takes on that intro
It is lonely following a workout routine entirely by yourself. Sigh. Today was my 71st.
Be early
Not big on the Hamza style intros, but I know you give good info aside from that.
are we just going to ignore that your intros are copied verbatim from hamza, supplementing adonis for achilles?
Yes
Who cares? Most of what Hamza says is just regurgitated Andrew Huberman. He offers very little of his own information or guidance. Hamza is a grifter.
Achillessssss
