I received my hill ridge a few days ago from Amazon and I'm very excited to try it out. I'm actually surprised I ever became aware of this tent because there doesn't seem to be a lot of information about it on TH-cam. I recently sold my Gossamer the 2 tent which is very similar to this but a bit lighter, and I was on the hunt for a replacement. This tent looks great and a little more durable that the GG the 2. I can't wait to get it out on the trail and use it. I've subscribed to your channel and I'm going to check out your other videos. 🙂
Based on your accent, I was about to ask if you're a Scotsman who had moved to the US, and then at 1:45 you mentioned the cost in Canadian dollars and it all became clear: you're Canadian (the accent of which is really an Americanised Scottish accent). lol
