I think I remembered that he's okay with people clipping his livestreams (encourages it even... I think... he said it on his Twitcast, I may have misheard or misundestood him)! I think some of his livestreams are just "unlisted", and available in his archive playlist. I think it's to organize his videos so that people visiting his channel can immediately see his songs.
