We spoke to Ben Pouncy about his experience on undergoing an Engineering Operative Apprenticeship with Fareham College and what it’s like to work with industry professionals at ALS Locksmiths.
Ben says “I’d recommend taking an apprenticeship because it makes you feel like you’re in the real world and it gets you the experience you need. An apprenticeship definitely suits me as I prefer being hands on and learning on the job.”
