@@Ginger_Dwarf-nc3fg except it absolutely does, you need to roll 7 "or higher" 7 is the exact average roll when using 2 6 die It only rolls once for all mons, the amount of targets doesn't change the chance of it happening there Not counting the 15% res chance if you're acc capped though as almost all mons have this rule anyways
I run this combo in mid P2 and the way you beat it is ban the Kahli. This has been around long enough that I'm surprised more people don't figure that out.
Its not as easy as you think it is tbh.. If banning khali makes you lose that just means you dont have the rune quality. Im currently G2 with this comp

@@Xeto__it's still about a 50% chance to fully stun or slow your team, if it procs it stuns all mons anyways

Pretty much, I just fought a khali that almost was as fast as me even though I was 343 with matching speed lead in p2 :(
