A good guy and for me one of the best pundits on Sky. A shame to see the usual idiotic comments on here, no doubt the same type of people who negatively contribute to people's mental health issues. Anyone criticising this video should look at the male suicide statistics and know what a huge issue this is. Credit to O'Hara (and other high profile people who speak out) for being honest, speaking out, and also for targeting ways of helping.
@ not because of that strictly, but there are plenty of people who work their socks off who will never get opportunities like he has and feel that there are 1000"s of people more deserving.

@@shanemcgloin3615 are we talking bout opportunities as a footballer? You go be a footballer then if its that easy
@ you obviously don't know football if you think making it as a pro is based on talent. The guy supposedly has mental health issues after abusing drugs and himself, I do not feel sorry one bit for him, get over it. Are you o'hara's mum btw?
Because people have always suffered, and now there is a platform, they can realise they are not alone, and they can get the help they need. There are people in living in environments that don't think mental health is a thing, and might be suffering. So to use your platform to talk about your experience with it, will do the world of good to those people.
@@rhyscarter3939 I agree with talking to close friends, family but to put it on Social in my opinion isnt the best option. I feel like some of these people have an agenda to play on people's emotions., either to get a story or a sympathetic response.
@@johnjones8026 Some people's friends and family aren't supportive, and don't believe mental health exists. So seeing things on social media or on TV might be the only helping hand they get.

Spot on
Spot on! What a comment this is.
Sniffing lemo and banging slags will do that to you to be fair
Articulates his word very well! Was fantastic at Portsmouth in 9/10 season! Proud to say he has represent our club 💙💙💙
He has a great mind for football, he knows his stuff and I'm glad to see he has gone into coaching.
knows white stuff alright..
Jamie O'Hara sounds like he has grown up a lot and has learnt from his mistakes. Hopefully he is becomes successful manager!
Yeah because he really deserves it after sniffing tons of coke and marrying a tramp, yeah hope he gets another chance..hmmmm
@@shanemcgloin3615 why would u judge someones character just cuz they used to do coke?

These old timers ain't on nuttin, they fell off, Jamie O'Hara - Headie one
Almost every Arsenal fan dislikes him but I always thought he had talent and good eye for goal. Disappeared then. Good to see this.
Also an Arsenal fan, he was a very good player. An all rounded midfielder. Speaks very well and seems a likeable guy.
