Hi, I have questions.
In answer 24, audio said: I was TAKEN ABACK by the fact that everybody we've talked to thought this was a good return. I mean the responses were well written. You know, people had taken a lot of care. But I was really DISAPPOINTED with the low number.
- TAKE ABACK = suprise/shock SB
So why A? Not C? 😥
