Hi, I have questions. In answer 24, audio said: I was TAKEN ABACK by the fact that everybody we've talked to thought this was a good return. I mean the responses were well written. You know, people had taken a lot of care. But I was really DISAPPOINTED with the low number. - TAKE ABACK = suprise/shock SB So why A? Not C? 😥
could someone please help me,I have some problems in question 14,21 and 28.I chose answers C,C and E respectively.but these answers are wrong could any of you kindly please explain it for me.it would be much appreciated.
33/40. This is one of the few youtube exams which is similar to the real one... however the section 4 is always easier than section 3

“Good return” means the number of respondants sent back their answers (28/40 return is actually a good number)
