Why are you showing American jeeps and other American thing because the American didn’t get involved until late 1941 they where not in the war11 in 1940 , the UK was on it’s own.
I was only showing what was there!
1940s means 1940 to 1945 for the war and the Americans enter
the war in 1942
Did you want Stephen to stop filming every time there was anything remotely American? Get a grip! 😂
@@shm1270 Thanks Sheila.
A lot of the Jeeps there were in British markings
I go to the 1940s in Brighouse it's brilliant, ty Stephen great video, love the flowers 😊 x

Hi Stephen, it was me and my wife Gail who waved to you from the Yaris, was great to see you and we thoroughly enjoyed the 1940’s weekend and your video 👍
I was there. Loved the day. Expected you there Steve, but never saw you. Watching the video reenactment, I noticed you were about 100 yards across the field , maybe meet next time.😊 I’ll be in St Anne’s for the Kite display, Sunday September. Best wishes.
I might be there as well David.

Wow them vehicles have been maintained well
Hi Stephen hope you are well this week 😀
Hello Steve rose david from swansea
Thanks Stephen. I like history. The music and clothing was wrong for the 1940s though.
Hi Stephen
For a 1940's event there was a lot of stuff not from the 1940's.
Where in the army naw
Love how Blackpool keep generating events to keep trade coming in.
Most Far Sited Councils decline because of lack of budget …?
Just for info, this is Lytham, not Blackpool. Event organised, run and underwritten by Fylde Council.
Whats to celebrate, we lost the war. 😒
Are you sure......
Any Daimler Armoured Cars There. 🪖
Yes, you see one in the Parade
nobody made much of an effort to dress the part did they?
I didn't see quite as many dress up as last year.
