Check out Episode 3 of "Double Champ Camp UFC 284" where Alexander Volkanovski does part of his camp at @bangtaomuaythaimma in Phuket, Thailand while he prepares for double champ history in the UFC when he takes on Islam Makhachev at UFC 284.
In this episode UFC featherweight champion Volkanovski trains wrestling with high level fighters and checks out an elephant sanctuary.

He get all my respect but I simply dont believe he can beat Islam, I think Islam story is gonna be Khabib all over again. This fight he is simply bigger, other than that i believe his wrestling will be superior, look what he did to Oliveira, and Oliveira has world class BJJ and could do nothing at all. The dagestani wrestling/grapling is simply another level and you simply cannot train to get ready for it becouse they use their whole life to get on that level. But of course Volk always have the chance of the knock out and Islam can get caught but I dont think it is gonna happen. We will see what happens...

Alex is UNIQUE in many ways, anything he takes on, he goes all out and ALL the way. He was a great Rugby League player who could easy have turned Pro but MMA won his soul first. Volk was a formidable League player and all the guys he played against were BIG FIT TOUGH uncompromising young testosterone overdosed wrecking balls, their Go To tackle is like shooting for, and getting, a double leg tak down. The UFC world has YET to see Volko's versions of these, hes a beastie boy who rips ya head off and sees that you are okay after he has destroyed you, great attitude and great human being....even if he is Mr Shorty!

I was there at bangtao just a week ago, damn would have been cool to train alongside Volk.
The prospect of Volk's Thai-sharpened clinch and striking, along with the wrestling grind, leads me to believe that we may be in for one of the most complete mixed martial arts performances of all time in this fight.
