@Ashleighandluke oh thank you for replying! good to know, we came back from japan recently and mt fuji was the same on the weekends, it can really change the whole experience when its busy!
Definitely does ! Oo lots of people we have met on our travels say good things about Japan so we’ve put it on the list 🌎 Overall, we preferred the Tam Coc river tour, it was a private boat, half the time and they row with their feet 😆 plus, way less stressful haha

Wow, I can't believe you took on another bike ride after last time, but at least you saw it through to the end this time. I bet your legs were aching the next day.
FYI In Asia people are not allowed to park at a pagoda or temple gate . It's considered as disrespectful to Buddha or the worshipped deities . The fishy smell/taste in the pancake is from the dried shrimps inside . Tip for you to avoid crowds at popular touristy sites in VN : never ever go to those places on week-ends , holidays or during school vacations , because the Vietnamese people love to travel and they won't miss an opportunity to do .

Avoid going on week-ends , holidays and during school vacations and you don't have to wait that long . Maximum 10-15 minutes .
