This state-of-the-art 2D Fryums Production Plant is designed to produce high-quality, tasty Fryums efficiently and quickly. It features a two-step processing system consisting of the RE-550G gelatinizing machine and the RE-550F forming extruder. The gelatinizing machine cooks the blended ingredients, creating uniform, small spherical dough balls. The forming extruder then partially dehydrates and cools the balls, shaping them into the desired form using a cold-water jacketed barrel and a specific die.
One of the key benefits of this machine is its heavy-duty construction, which doesn't require a foundation. It uses thrust technology to divert back-pressure load away from the gearbox, ensuring smooth and consistent operation. The plant also has supporting heaters to maintain the extruder temperature, ensuring the Fryums are cooked to perfection, as well as a VFD controlled electrical panel and a smart die-switch attachment that allows for easy switching between different Fryums shapes.
The output from the Extruders is then sent through a PRE-DRYER (8-Deck Vibro-Dryer) and a continuous DRYER to cool and dry the Fryums, making them ready for frying or packing.
In addition to the Extruders & Dryers, the package includes an automatic flour mixing machine with a fully programmable control unit. This machine ensures that the right amount of flour and other ingredients are mixed together, resulting in consistent production of high-quality Fryums.
The total weight of the Fryums Making Plant is approximately 40 tons, making it a sturdy and reliable choice for your Fryums production needs.
