This looks sick, im 16, been trying to get a job so i can take some wrestling lessons but ive applied for around 70 ish jobs and havent got into one. Ile probably get a job when im 18 ish but for now what do you reccomend me to do or can i do anything now to prepare myself for wrestling in the next 3 years? Or is there any way i can learn how to wrestle for free, maybe via youtube videos like this, would u reccomend me to do that, like watch videos of wrestling?
If I were you I wouldn't even worry about trying to learn wrestling before going to a class, the main thing I would work on is athelticism so make sure you go to the gym and get your cardio up and maybe even find some wreslting workout routines and then occasionally watch some basic wrestling tutorials and practice them, I would focus on simple things like hand fighting, single legs and doubles.
Look up USAW wrestling curriculum online watch level 1 videos first should cover very basic foundations then go from there. If you can find a friend to practice with it’ll be better
@@NMae12 This a good idea, or british wrestling and even the legion wrestling channel have a curriculum with some vids on basic stuff to learn. Re Job maybe try the local job centre aswell. Good luck!!
