I truly enjoyed the video. my fiance is from the Province near San Carlos City. on my first visit we took the ferry from Telodo to San Carlos City and I stayed at Whispering Palms Resort on Sipaway Island. watch the video driving through San Carlos and seeing so many landmarks I saw or was at brought back some truly wonderful memories. I will be back in Negros in February 2024 and I am so thankful and excited.

Beautiful city, but I think just a bit too slow for me. Bacolod seens to suit a single person better with more going on. I will, however, keep it in mind.

On point observation, San Carlos is laid back, if you want slower paced life, san carlos is the place to be, but for a more hip and vibrant city life, Go for bacolod

sa tutuo lang wala naman nabago jan sa san carlos,, yung plaza 70's pa yung mga gusali 70's pa kalsada 70's pa ang nabago lang mga punong kahoy naglalakihan na hehehe,, kawawa san carlos corrupt city😏😏😏

ahh ibig po pala sabihin nung 70;s pa meron nang san carlos bio energy? sacasol solar farm, san carlos ecozone, san carlos business park, park marina, people's park, meron na din pala gaisano at citymall noon? kasi sabi niyo po wala naman nagbago.. =)
