Explosión and electric are boss killers and Is very Easy to obtain
i like the part where he tested all the things he ranked in the tier list
In my opinion for sword users thunder breathing will be op. It can even one short almost every boss. especially the V moves is broken. The player who is about to face with thunder breathing, I warn u it will be a big nightmare for u. Its combo extendable and massive dmg.

i have tested alot of them but not quirks.. so i think if im wrong with one skill or one type of skill, it doesn't make it that bad

Deku is not that good even half hot half cold is better than deku and there is more quirks that is better than deku one for all
