And rely on strength, speed, or just being tough . . . Even at the college level I'm watching and I'm thinking these guys have very few moves in their arsenal
you can just do a really good double leg and be good. You dont have to know every mve just be really good at the basics

Good techniques, thanks! Are you allowed to do a Kimura (double wrist lock) off that 2 on one tie? Because if you drive his arm to his midsection as you do the Kimura, you can use it to sweep him to his back with you on top by diving between his legs and carrying him over you.

So I went to my first tournament this week I was doing rlly good but when I wrestled I was like in panic mode and couldn’t hear my coaches’ how do I be able to get out of panic mode
Today my brother was at a wrestling tournament outside and the weight brackets seemed fine (I was at Illinois) but the I realized he had to wrestle a girl. Don’t get me wrong I was fine if he wrestled her but the only problem was that she was 20 pounds heavier AND 4 inches taller.
Edit: my brother was only 80lbs
