Chris Perry wrote the lyrics and music for the songs, Lorna sang and both were paid by HMV who produced their records. The real owners were HMV. To Glenn Perry, I would advise to withdraw the case. You have made your point. Go to a friendly press with your case. You will reach out to more people that way. I believe everything you said. Lorna was not a child to be held back by a silly illegal contract even if there was one. She was a raw singer who was molded by Chris Perry. There is not a comparable composer/musician in Konkani arena even after so many years. Probably never will. His talent was God's unique gift to Goa and World if I may say so. There are now many good musicians now in Goa, but they fizzle out after a few good songs. Chris Perry was a ever-flowing fountain of Konkani music. That's one of the reasons his songs are re-sung by the thousands of Goans. BTW his biggest hit was with Seby Fernandes and not Lorna. It was, Meera Meera. Lorna has a fantastic vocal, but everything else in her songs is from Chris Perry.
My advice to Glenn Perry is to withdraw the case. You won't get a penny from it. Only the lawyers will fill their pockets. This is India, not America. The case will just go on forever. In return, you will only worsen your health.

LORNA KILLED MY MOTHER. My mother was a devout fan of Goas nightingale Lorna. My mother adored Lorna and loved all of Lornas songs especially her songs Bebdo Pisso Tuzo Mog Lisboa. But on Tuesday Jan 25, 2022 when my mother heard the news that Goas nightingale Lorna is dead, my mother got a heart attack and my mother died. Later in the day hearing that the news of Lorna was FAKE NEWS was appalling. This is a low down and immoral publicity stunt by Lorna to gain more publicity for a new song she released the next day called FAKE NEWS. My mother died because of the FAKE NEWS which Lorna spread. I am very disappointed with Lornas uncivilized attitude.
