Congrats Heather and Brandon - really happy for you both - and for Kitfox Aircraft! I hope you do get back into making more build videos - especially as you’ve developed an easy and natural way, front of camera - but equally because you’ve got so much build experience Brandon... I bet you’ve a ton of tips and tricks worth sharing on some of the more challenging, fiddlier parts of the build. In the meantime, enjoy your new wings! 🎉🎊😎🤙
Beautiful job Heather & Brandon. Your painting skills are amazing. Such a flagship for Kitfox. Thanks for inspiring all of us. See you in May- June for my S7STi. Warren & Andrea Lovell
Just now getting finished up with my Kitfox build. Quite an undertaking for me who knew nothing about any of these airplane building skills when I started. Very frustrating at times but overall very rewarding to see all the smaller jobs come together with a finished plane. Job estimates ALWAYS took much more time than planned. Interesting that Brandon and Heather (experienced builders I assume) had similar build issues with my experience. I'm impressed with the 4 month build time. I know that finding build time is the biggest issue for all builders, it was for me. Congrats on a fabulous looking plane!
Very touching, Brandon, to see you shed some tears there. Nice to know that one can still have some tears left over after having put one together. Seriously though, thank you Brandon and Heather (and Kitplanes) for the video. Very nice looking plane. Love it.
We had those shirts custom made so we could match our plane at Oshkosh. We wanted to show the judges a little "extra touch". Without getting too deep into who did what.... Our vendors were very good to us, between some discount and expedited delivery, we were grateful for everyone's contribution to our build. We work with amazing people!!!
I don't think I could ever trust a rotax in the air. The ATV and snowmobile versions have stranded me enough. Beautiful plane and great video though. Stay safe

You two are Awesome and Nice work on the plane.
Good job! Congratulations!
Beautiful airplane! Any reason why you chose the MT prop over the Airmaster?
curious about the NASCAR style shirts, did they sponsor/provide parts for free?

@@brandonpetersen8490 thanks! figured they were custom, or you painted the airplane to match the shirt!
How about weight and balance?
Empty weight is 923lbs with the big tires.

Actually, when we look at the accident data, the four-stroke Rotax engines have an excellent record.
