What? A story with no evil mother in-law, no infidelity, no demanding absurd amounts of money, no secret CEO riding to the rescue, and a happy ending? Be still my beating heart!
This was a lovely story and I have to say it made me reflect on my own relationship with my MIL. It is what we called “a cautionary tale” when raising our daughter, a real world example of how family relationships can be impacted by misunderstandings. Thank you for a story I was invested in until the end.
I never even thought about commenting something bad about Summer. After all she did apologize and learned how to interact with her new family. What I was going to say that this is the best story I have ever listened to with these actors. They are my favorites. It is also a sweet reminder of my mother-in-law who was the absolute best.
I just wrote e the same thing and scrolled the comments to see if anyone else had enjoyed it as much as me. Ash Texts used to have pretty good stories like this one too.
Finally!! One of these stories where the characters are not vengeful ogres hell bent on the downfall of those who wronged them. When my daughter listen to these things, I usually have to remind her that being hurt doesn't make you into a spiteful witch, it just brings out the spiteful witch you didn't know you were. You're responsible for who you are, no matter what has happened to you. Don't wish people harm. The energy you send out to the universe is yours forever; it WILL return to you. We've all screwed up at some time. The only energy I want coming back to me, is forgiveness. The hope, for all of us, is May we never ever get what we deserve!! So yeah, bravo. Finally a story with a good message on here. Thank you
Summer is not a queen, but even a queen might enjoy baking haha If the in-laws were terrible then I would understand her a little better. She is only acting nicer since she is a CEO. Summer really needs to choose better friends. also typically usually a trio of friends doesn't always work out as one can tend to be left out. -Be great friends, don’t -don’t be rude -money isn’t everything -not all in-laws are ‘evil’ -stand up for yourself but apologize if you act like a dummy -you can stand up for yourself in a way that isn't rude -her friend just gave her great advice -saying sorry and actually mean it -the mil is so sweet, actually making me teary as I miss my Mom 😊 when we used to make chocolate chip cookies
I love baking with like-minded people. Last night was the annual Grandparents’ Night event at the school I work at as a LunchLady. My partner and I had baked and froze 16 full-size sheet cakes last week. Then yesterday afternoon 6 of us finished the cake prep. Our guests were our students, their siblings, parents, and grandparents, besides our teachers and other staff people. Our Superintendent of Schools was there too. They had a choice between: plain cake, cake with frosting&sprinkles, cake with juicy strawberries on top, or cake with (old school) vanilla cake sauce(my grandmother called it cottage pudding) 16 cakes times 70 pieces/cake = 1120 pieces of cake. At the end of the event, there were 387 pieces left. Everyone seemed to have had a good time.
Hahahahaha when you first said “baking” my mind automatically went to the other baking since so many people are into the “other baking” until I reached the absolutely wholesome part of the story and was very much pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful story this was. I’m so tired of everyone speaking of the “other baking” and frankly, I’m over it
@@Allie_phelps I’m glad you liked my story. Other than us being really, really tired by 6pm, we had a good time doing the preparations and seeing and saying hello to all the people we may not have seen for awhile. Our county is very small(about 10,000 or so). If any of us don’t know someone, one of our co-workers does. I’ll have to look up “other baking”. That’s an unknown phrase to me. What can I say? I have to be at work by 6am, feed children, and then go home after 1:30. “Going grocery shopping” adds excitement to the week. 😁
@@amethystanne4586your country sounds wonderful. Everyone knowing everyone else, helping each other out and building such a strong community among you all. The baking parties sound so nice. What a great way to get everyone involved, having a great time and even teaching the children how much fun baking can be. The “other baking” is THC, getting high. So many states in the US legalized it, the whole country of Canada legalized it and so many people get high all the time. I don’t care what people do in their own lives, I just don’t like it and with my profession, I know what high levels of THC over a long period of time does to people’s mental health. I guess in a way, it brings me a lot more business
I'm with Courtney on this one on their conversation I mean I get the feeling that Susie's a bad influence to Summer even though Summer's not in the right either
Linda for the win!!! There's having a MIL that takes your side on matters, is understanding and caring... And then there's Linda who verbally mollywhops your attackers, even if they're family members. Get yourself a LINDA!!
My mother in law was just like Linda. She was such a great woman and mother in law. I was devastated when she was diagnosed with dementia. My in laws lived 5 hours away so I didn’t get to see them often but, she was always there when I needed her. They lived with us for about a year when my father in law was diagnosed with cancer. My husband was so stressed about how my father in law would get to treatment and who would care for my mother in law. So they moved in with us (even though I DID NOT get along with my father in law because he was a nasty piece of work). It was nice to spend the last remaining time with my mother in law before she really listed her memory, started having more and more issues and had to be placed in a nursing home. Even the nursing home, we put her in one close to our home so we’d be able to visit her after my father in law passed away. I’d go down by myself to visit her or accompany her to doctors appointments. We had a great relationship even when she was sadly at her worst
Finally this is the BEST story that has been out of all time no senseless hatred but real family warmth it was so uplifting I loved it well done and thank you 😊
Just because you marry a man doesn’t mean you are responsible to cook clean or wait on anyone but yourself and MAYBE your spouse. There is nothing in vows or a marriage license that demands she do so. Being open minded and educated isn’t EVIl. Being a regressive misogynist is the biggest issue
And those of us who have been around a while understand that all of the voices were done by one person. I think that she has talents that most of us can only imagine!
As everyone else has said, this is one of the better stories I've heard. But... Can we talk about the food in the background??? I WANT THE RECIPES!!! 😂 It looked amazing!!
I thought this was kinda wholesome, summer seemed like a bratty little sister who had an equally bratty and jealous friend. Cute :} Big "sister's" for the win 😊
But didn't. Her husband know that his sister-in-law was a CEO I agree it is the best story. I loved it and I love the way the mother-in-law stuck up for her daughter-in-law. It was great. Keep them coming😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Some of us really take the modern perspectives to an extreme level so much that we become so cocky and rude. I can understand that our views must correspond with the time period we live in, but it doesn't give us the right to talk down to others who have different views from ours, what on earth are we becoming, what is the world becoming. 😢 🤦🏽♀️
Unfortunately what happened with Summer is common, jealousy from coworkers & in laws can cause so much pain. It’s also a happens a lot of men to newlywed men, out of some form of masculine pride. I’ve seen and heard about it several times. All while those men giving said “advice” are going home and grovelling to their wives!!
It's a bit long winded..... And why were people "Added to the chat" when they're all in the same room? Why would you message everyone "I'm off to make the coffee"?
I wish Id gotten a mil like Linda. But, alas. I got one who makes Snow White's evil stepmother, Cinderella's step mother and stepsisters AND the witch from Hansel and Gretel all rolled into one, seem nice! She made my life and absolute living HELL! She's also the reason why three of her four sons are divorced! Actually, even the Devil himself would run screaming from her, to be absolutely honest.
As progressive as Summer is, she sure was ignorant to other possible factors that have women stay at home to be mothers. Strike that, she's ignorant in general. Like her parents said in the beginning.
Hang on... turkey at Christmas? I thought Americans had turkey at Thanksgiving and just us Brits had turkey at Christmas! Any Americans out there let me know if I am wrong? Nice story though :)
If speaking of Susie, it may be because she (wrongly) feels guilty due to "shotgun" wedding. That's extremely old-fashioned to me, and her hubby needs to grow a pair and set his mother straight.
Summer wasn't to blame she was manipulated by Susie. Just because Susie didn't like HER in laws she made Summer act the same, and for what? Following that conversation we never heard from Susie after that, so was she hoping to get Summer in trouble for the fun of it? And even if you never did chores at your house, it's still common courtesy to help out at someone else's house if asked.
This is probably the best story these channels have ever produced.
Truth!!!
Agree. A change from the “normal” ones. Enjoyed it
What? A story with no evil mother in-law, no infidelity, no demanding absurd amounts of money, no secret CEO riding to the rescue, and a happy ending? Be still my beating heart!
The MIL is a CEO but otherwise yeah 😂
This has to be the best story in a long time. It's actually relatable and funny.
ITextPro breaking the 4th wall warning us not to comment on Summer. 😂😂😂
That was fun. Nice to hear a story in which no one is evil or a total jerk.

This is the best text story I have ever listened to. Can we get more like this?
YES!!!
I just wrote e the same thing and scrolled the comments to see if anyone else had enjoyed it as much as me. Ash Texts used to have pretty good stories like this one too.
Wow this was a GREAT STORY? I didn’t skip through any of it. Wish there were more like this one.
So the real villain in this story is Summer's friend Susie.
Overall I loved this story! Positive learning lessons through and through. Great job on this story and my fave character voices 😊

Oh good, Summer got some good advice and is growing up. About time!
I must say, this is probably the best one I’ve heard yet. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm with Courtney on this one on their conversation

Evening all, from the wet Alabama. Linda really put summer in her place. Love the video
Hello from southcentral Kentucky. I hope the hurricane is not being too bad. We are supposed to be getting some rain from it.
Linda is a Wonder Woman MIL! ❤❤❤
Aww, such a nice wholesome ending. It’s nice to see this every once in awhile 😊
Linda for the win!!! There's having a MIL that takes your side on matters, is understanding and caring... And then there's Linda who verbally mollywhops your attackers, even if they're family members. Get yourself a LINDA!!
My brother's mil is name Linda, she is a nice person.
My mother in law was just like Linda. She was such a great woman and mother in law. I was devastated when she was diagnosed with dementia. Mollywhops?!! 😂 I'm so gonna borrow that one!! :D
This is one of my absolute favorite stories!!
Finally this is the BEST story that has been out of all time no senseless hatred but real family warmth it was so uplifting I loved it well done and thank you 😊
Summer is beautiful she listens to the wrong person but after she talks to the right person she got through it🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
It's the best story ❤❤❤
I loved this story! It was a long one but I didn’t even notice because I was so into the story. Great job.
Absolutely agree!!
Refreshing to hear that every one got along in the end.😊
This actually turned out to be a nice story! ❤❤

The best story ever ❤️
And those of us who have been around a while understand that all of the voices were done by one person. I think that she has talents that most of us can only imagine!
😂great story, so happy everything was sorted between you all, you sound a really lovely family with great husbands and in-laws ❤❤
It is so nice for s story to be about a happy family and not an affair!
As everyone else has said, this is one of the better stories I've heard. But... Can we talk about the food in the background??? I WANT THE RECIPES!!! 😂 It looked amazing!!
I thought this was kinda wholesome, summer seemed like a bratty little sister who had an equally bratty and jealous friend. Cute :}
Big "sister's" for the win 😊
Cute story, makes a lovely change.
Great story. Such a change from the horrible MIL stories.
This is the best one yet
Best story ever
Summer wasn't a bad person. Just someone who got bad advice.
If your kids are like that, isn't SOME of that YOUR fault, as YOU raised them?!
Some of us really take the modern perspectives to an extreme level so much that we become so cocky and rude. What is with this "text" format when these conversations cant be via text message?
And so we all learn. I had a 💎 for a mother in law. My she rest in peace.
It sounds like someone's trying to do some social engineering I thought that was mostly the government's role😂
ok that was good have to admit

Good evening from northern Indiana everyone😊
Hello from southcentral Kentucky!
Good evening from eastern Tennessee. This story was so much easier to listen to. No foul language Esther 😊
Hang on... turkey at Christmas? I thought Americans had turkey at Thanksgiving and just us Brits had turkey at Christmas! Any Americans out there let me know if I am wrong? Nice story though :)
YAY!!!!
Seems like Susie was a bad influence
How can someone make you come to their house and work?
If speaking of Susie, it may be because she (wrongly) feels guilty due to "shotgun" wedding. That's extremely old-fashioned to me, and her hubby needs to grow a pair and set his mother straight.
i was enjoying this but the music was driving me mad so annoying
Summer wasn't to blame she was manipulated by Susie. Just because Susie didn't like HER in laws she made Summer act the same, and for what? Following that conversation we never heard from Susie after that, so was she hoping to get Summer in trouble for the fun of it?
