That would have never happened. Ghost may be a rational person, but Tommy has killed more for less. They didn’t kill him so they could have this storyline. Because it didn't make sense. First off, Tate would have never gone and had that conversation with Ghost period. He hates the nigga. Especially now that he's blown his career. I was glad we at least saw him go to Rainas grave and had a vision of her instead of just Angela. When i saw Kanaans ghost i was convinced that something bad was going to happen. And then at the end... I say i wont watch it if ghost is dead but know i will just to see whats going to happen. Sax, Tate, Paz and Dre for sure wants him dead but i know deep down even though they hate him Tommy, Tasha and Tariq still has a little mixed feelings about him dying. This is an unpopular opinion, but I’ve said it before. I have never been team Tasha. I never understand why Tasha wasn’t supportive of Ghost leaving the game. In the after show it was explained that it was because Ghost didn’t involve her is his decision making. She basically signed up to be a drug dealer’s wife and supported him through it all. He just decided that he wanted out and didn’t consider how it would affect everyone else. He didn’t even try and give Tasha and Tommy a chance get on board. It is pure Hubris. He is a so narcissistic and that’s was presented in this episode.
I think It was Tariq who did it. When he ask Ghost why he killed Breeze and he told asked him twice he didn’t change his mind so he did it because he got in the way of his future and forced his hand. Then when Tariq came to the club and asked Ghost should he turn himself in and Ghost replies yeah. Also at the end it looked like Tariq walking away from the club dresses like clean like Ghosts. Almost like the beginning of credits of the show. Also Tariq wasn’t looking too distress like all the other characters were who we assume was heading to Truth to kill Ghost.

Here's what I'm thinking: Tommy already knew the recording existed when he went to Proctor's house and killed Greg's friend. Tommy never told Ghost that he knew about the recording until this episode. I don't think Tommy is aware that it still exists though.
I think when it comes back they're gonna show what happened during Tommy, Tasha, Tariq and maybe Dre's day. Cause not only the recording shit but how did Tommy know Ghost ain't kill Lakeisha? Did he go home and find Tasha's earring? Why did Tasha ask Ghost if he was turning in Tariq? Like that came from left field. Why didn't they show us Tariq and Dre linking up like they always do? To me, it wouldn't be satisfying unless it was Tommy, Tariq, or Tasha, because none of the other characters have been there since the beginning. Also, the question at the end isn't who killed Ghost but who shot Ghost. They can certainly do what they did to Angela and say he is not dead only to kill her off in the top of the season. Symbolically though, it could be the killing of Ghost but the rebirth of Jamie. They also could say he's dead and it could be something the audience is in on or not. The point being to implicate and take more people down with him by studying how these 6 people move after his "death" is announced. Only time will tell. I also wonder if spanky or 2bit was supposed to kill Dre for ghost? One thing I am confused about is, how Blanca got the arrest warrant. Tamika, told Sax that in order for ghost to be arrested, someone who is not a known associate or enemy of Jamie would have to come forward but Dre is both a known associate and enemy. Make it make sense.

I was team ghost this episode. He's been trying to get out the game since season 1. Tariq's reaction to Ghost not taking the fall for him was unrealistic for Tariq's character. Tariq knows Ghost's word can't be trusted, and he's been giving Ghost his ass to kiss for the past two seasons, and last episode said he didn't want anything to do with him, and now he really expected Ghost to go to jail for him. Ghost had a point about having Tariq turn himself in, because all of this drama was to protect Tariq just for Tariq to choose a lifestyle that's going to land him in jail anyway. If he want to play big boy games then let him experience big boy consequences.

Wow I thought of something. The three ghosts that ghost saw and is speaking to here each pivotal moments that he sees them represent something in his life that he has to come to grips with. First ghost Angela represents his past. Angela will always be part of his past and now she will always be part of him. She never could share all the good stuff with him which is what he wanted to share all this good stuff with her but she’s not there for him to share all this with him. Which was the point she was making to him that she found out too much about him to really share this with him and warns him never to let romana see the bad side like she did she’s not from where they are from she wouldn’t understand just let her see James st. Patrick the good side of him. Angela is his ghost of Christmas past. But prior to all these ghosts he visits his uncle which represents a past he doesn’t want to revisit because his father died
His uncle tells James that he told his dad to pay off the drug dealers but his dad didn’t want to do that and he got killed off his uncle is like Jacob Marley in a Christmas carol telling Ebenezer Scrooge that he better turn from the path he’s headed before it’s too late and sends three ghosts to help him see the error of his ways . His uncle represents his past his childhood and the mistakes he made in his childhood after his father died. The choices he made since he left home. He went to stay with tommy kanan got him and tommy in the drug game . So his uncle James trying to buy his club and turn it into a place where children can come and hear good music and stay away from drugs and live the life they want and honor his daughter’s memory . So all this and stern helping him to buy the place so he finally gets in position to have greater power and live legit and he don’t want anyone from his past in his present now to stop him which is why he trying to cut Dre free and tasha free from their marriage and why suddenly he want tariq to turn himself in for Ray Ray’s death and why he trying to leave tommy to fend for himself and he has nothing . But all these people did things to put themselves in the position they in because ghost was trying to help all these people out tate he didn’t want to be in the political realm Tate roped him in. Tasha was trying to stay in the drug game but James wanted out. He wanted to own his own night club and do what his father was trying to do and be successful tasha and tommy got in the way of that he was constantly trying to get tommy out of trouble. Then he tried to help Dre be in a better position but Dre had visions of grandure got the big head and got himself in too deep things went sour for him and now he trying to snake his way out of everything.
His son got roped into this drug life by Kanan because the parents weren’t forth coming about what they were really about James refused to tell the twins the truth about him being a drug dealer and then he was with Angela while still married to their mom and how hurt the mom was and all this affected Tariq more than it did Raina but Raina was trying to stop her brother from going down the wrong path he got himself in trouble and keeps getting himself in trouble Raina died trying to protect her brother and people almost got killed and people losing their mind trying to protect Tariq because he making the same similar mistakes James made at his age all because his father wasn’t present in his life the way he needed to be. For James his father died and he started going down this path he had no one to keep him from that life and show him a better way. If he hadn’t met kanan he would have become someone better so he trying to correct his mistakes through Tariq but it’s already too late. Tariq met kanan he saw too much and he made all these choices and eventually he have to pay for the choices he made just like James did
Now with cooper sax his persute of James st Patrick is what got him fired the way he’s going about it and now he got Rodriguez and the bald headed guy and tomeka all roped in all this. Paz is in this because of her sister’s death she warned her sister not to get involved with James that she’ll get hurt. She died trying to protect him ghost
She was a good person gone corrupted by ghost and tomeka got fired because of sax Rodriguez is being corrupted by sax after her witness gets killed off she allowed sax to corrupt her so now paz is still trying to find out who killed her sister from James she found out James didn’t kill her but she figured that she was protecting him from someone and she wanted to know who would kill her but James would tell Paz who killed Angela so she got upset and was like you will never see me again.
So he goes to this old club buys it from his uncle tells romana he has a place for the queens child project everything is looking up he sees the ghost of Angela after Angela tells him to let her go he tells her that he don’t want to let her go but she tells him that he can let her go it’s ok to let go of the past and live his life.

Because it didn't make sense. First off, Tate would have never gone and had that conversation with Ghost period. He hates the nigga. Especially now that he's blown his career. He'd let him get arrested and be standing there smiling when he gets pulled out in cuffs. Second, Ghost has talked his shit plenty over the years. But he has never applied that much pressure. They conveniently jacked his worst traits up to 20 over these last couple of episodes (but especially this one) just so it would make sense when somebody shot him.

This is an unpopular opinion, but I’ve said it before. I have never been team Tasha. I never understand why Tasha wasn’t supportive of Ghost leaving the game. In the after show it was explained that it was because Ghost didn’t involve her is his decision making. She basically signed up to be a drug dealer’s wife and supported him through it all. He just decided that he wanted out and didn’t consider how it would affect everyone else. He didn’t even try and give Tasha and Tommy a chance get on board. It is pure Hubris. He is a so narcissistic and that’s was presented in this episode.
For it to be an extended finale it was way too many filler scenes imo. I wasn’t impressed.
I think every scene has a purpose and the last 5 episodes will tie it all together
I think It was Tariq who did it. When he ask Ghost why he killed Breeze and he told asked him twice he didn’t change his mind so he did it because he got in the way of his future and forced his hand. Then when Tariq came to the club and asked Ghost should he turn himself in and Ghost replies yeah. Also at the end it looked like Tariq walking away from the club dresses like clean like Ghosts. Almost like the beginning of credits of the show. Also Tariq wasn’t looking too distress like all the other characters were who we assume was heading to Truth to kill Ghost.

Liked your review. Hated the episode. Plot holes, leaps through undeveloped story lines, poor writing made a mess of what could have saved the other poorly written episodes this season. You didn’t miss a beat. Benny didn’t tell Tommy, so there is no way he knew.

Here's what I'm thinking: Tommy already knew the recording existed when he went to Proctor's house and killed Greg's friend. Tommy never told Ghost that he knew about the recording until this episode. I don't think Tommy is aware that it still exists though.

Ghost was seeing ghost this whole episode. It was the perfect setup to show us that he is about to be ghost, literally! I'm still in shock because he is always so careful about his surroundings and to get hit with a shot!
To me this episode was wack! Things are just bringing revealed out the blue and it made no sense. It just felt all over the place. I was so confused smh
To me, it wouldn't be satisfying unless it was Tommy, Tariq, or Tasha, because none of the other characters have been there since the beginning. Also, the question at the end isn't who killed Ghost but who shot Ghost. They can certainly do what they did to Angela and say he is not dead only to kill her off in the top of the season. Symbolically though, it could be the killing of Ghost but the rebirth of Jamie. They also could say he's dead and it could be something the audience is in on or not. The point being to implicate and take more people down with him by studying how these 6 people move after his "death" is announced. Only time will tell. I also wonder if spanky or 2bit was supposed to kill Dre for ghost? One thing I am confused about is, how Blanca got the arrest warrant. Tamika, told Sax that in order for ghost to be arrested, someone who is not a known associate or enemy of Jamie would have to come forward but Dre is both a known associate and enemy. Make it make sense.

I was team ghost this episode. He's been trying to get out the game since season 1. Tariq's reaction to Ghost not taking the fall for him was unrealistic for Tariq's character. Tariq knows Ghost's word can't be trusted, and he's been giving Ghost his ass to kiss for the past two seasons, and last episode said he didn't want anything to do with him, and now he really expected Ghost to go to jail for him. Ghost had a point about having Tariq turn himself in, because all of this drama was to protect Tariq just for Tariq to choose a lifestyle that's going to land him in jail anyway. If he want to play big boy games then let him experience big boy consequences.
I think it was Angela’s sister or someone related a person that Ghost has killed in the past

I think the person that kills Ghost will be somebody we don’t expect. Even though Courtney Kemp said it wasn’t, I think it it’s going to be a surprise. It comes back Jan. 5th I think. I wonder about Ramona having something to do with it. We never saw her leave the club. I also thought back to the robbery setup at the club and she told old boy that wasn't the first time she had a gun pulled on her. Like where did that come from. Honey I don't know. I just feel like it might not be anyone that they showed going to the club.
Wow I thought of something. The three ghosts that ghost saw and is speaking to here each pivotal moments that he sees them represent something in his life that he has to come to grips with. First ghost Angela represents his past. Angela will always be part of his past and now she will always be part of him. She never could share all the good stuff with him which is what he wanted to share all this good stuff with her but she’s not there for him to share all this with him. Which was the point she was making to him that she found out too much about him to really share this with him and warns him never to let romana see the bad side like she did she’s not from where they are from she wouldn’t understand just let her see James st. Patrick the good side of him. Angela is his ghost of Christmas past. But prior to all these ghosts he visits his uncle which represents a past he doesn’t want to revisit because his father died
His uncle tells James that he told his dad to pay off the drug dealers but his dad didn’t want to do that and he got killed off his uncle is like Jacob Marley in a Christmas carol telling Ebenezer Scrooge that he better turn from the path he’s headed before it’s too late and sends three ghosts to help him see the error of his ways . His uncle represents his past his childhood and the mistakes he made in his childhood after his father died. The choices he made since he left home. He went to stay with tommy kanan got him and tommy in the drug game . So his uncle James trying to buy his club and turn it into a place where children can come and hear good music and stay away from drugs and live the life they want and honor his daughter’s memory . So all this and stern helping him to buy the place so he finally gets in position to have greater power and live legit and he don’t want anyone from his past in his present now to stop him which is why he trying to cut Dre free and tasha free from their marriage and why suddenly he want tariq to turn himself in for Ray Ray’s death and why he trying to leave tommy to fend for himself and he has nothing . But all these people did things to put themselves in the position they in because ghost was trying to help all these people out tate he didn’t want to be in the political realm Tate roped him in. Tasha was trying to stay in the drug game but James wanted out. He wanted to own his own night club and do what his father was trying to do and be successful tasha and tommy got in the way of that he was constantly trying to get tommy out of trouble. Then he tried to help Dre be in a better position but Dre had visions of grandure got the big head and got himself in too deep things went sour for him and now he trying to snake his way out of everything.
His son got roped into this drug life by Kanan because the parents weren’t forth coming about what they were really about James refused to tell the twins the truth about him being a drug dealer and then he was with Angela while still married to their mom and how hurt the mom was and all this affected Tariq more than it did Raina but Raina was trying to stop her brother from going down the wrong path he got himself in trouble and keeps getting himself in trouble Raina died trying to protect her brother and people almost got killed and people losing their mind trying to protect Tariq because he making the same similar mistakes James made at his age all because his father wasn’t present in his life the way he needed to be. For James his father died and he started going down this path he had no one to keep him from that life and show him a better way. If he hadn’t met kanan he would have become someone better so he trying to correct his mistakes through Tariq but it’s already too late. Tariq met kanan he saw too much and he made all these choices and eventually he have to pay for the choices he made just like James did
Now with cooper sax his persute of James st Patrick is what got him fired the way he’s going about it and now he got Rodriguez and the bald headed guy and tomeka all roped in all this. Paz is in this because of her sister’s death she warned her sister not to get involved with James that she’ll get hurt. She died trying to protect him ghost
She was a good person gone corrupted by ghost and tomeka got fired because of sax Rodriguez is being corrupted by sax after her witness gets killed off she allowed sax to corrupt her so now paz is still trying to find out who killed her sister from James she found out James didn’t kill her but she figured that she was protecting him from someone and she wanted to know who would kill her but James would tell Paz who killed Angela so she got upset and was like you will never see me again.
So he goes to this old club buys it from his uncle tells romana he has a place for the queens child project everything is looking up he sees the ghost of Angela after Angela tells him to let her go he tells her that he don’t want to let her go but she tells him that he can let her go it’s ok to let go of the past and live his life.
Ain't made it past 2 mins of this video before laughing so hard about James calling Riq..... you said . B..I just told you .. you're not my father..lol I can't I can NOT... the truth
