Well tbh they should know that gda has been doing suspicious things which dr xenon basically left bc she has new tasks, one is try to destroy gda so they won't create any more suspicious but dangerous weapons, two is saving dr mallerie from calamity and finally third is destroying every single gda bases not just for revenge but for the him character she cares about and fixing her mistake for Malory
