Thank you for your hard work with the great fishing video's. It is great to see you catch fish around Mackay as l can not catch a thing. I have recently brought a 4.9 meter boat with a 60hp Yamaha . What do you think of the Raymarine sounder would you recommend it.
Thankyou so much for your feedback Scott. Thats a perfect size boat to fish basically everywhere here. Creeks, inshore and offshore. The Raymarine goes alright, the traditional scan is good however I am abit dissapointed. The gps drops out often and you dont know where you are which is an issue when u do alot of drift fishing like myself. Also it does not have the ability to customize the screen layout they are all preset layouts. I cant have maps, traditional, and side scan together on 1 screen. Most other brands allow u to customise the layout. Because of these reasons I would not recomend it. Thats my honest opinion.
@@endlessseasfishing399 Hi I have been doing a lot of research about the Raymarine elite 9. I found a tutorial about customised screen's. I will try to link the video and see if it helps.

When people say those islands are ‘fished out’, they aren’t meaning there are no fish, more that there aren’t big numbers of the desirable species.. they used to get reds there back in the day.
Holy man very nice
Thanks! There are some good GT that get around inshore
