Dear Rezept. I love when you bring you daughter in to help, my mom would let me help 65 years ago! I did not have a clue. I just knew Holiday bread was going to be bad if I touched it! Sometimes it was but now know it wasn’t anyones fault. So many things could go wrong. Lol Sir do you have a rule of thumb on flour yeast sugar salt milk. I know a little about bakers percentage, but only enough to get in trouble. I watch 4 bakers on youtube. You are one. My mom could make biscuits without measuring that I could tell. I wasn’t smart enough as an 8 yr old to ask. Love your videos in Missouri United States
