I had gall bladder surgery in 2019. But before that surgery, my fear and anxiety sort of thing started happening and stabbing, pinching, cramps like pain started on my left chest (not fully left chest but like starting point of the left side from the middle) which cause more anxiety and fear of dying. So I had done several amounts of ECGs and ECHO as well. All came good. Dr suggest me a Psychiatrist but I did not go for him because I didn't want to only rely on these sleepy medicines. So It still happens to feel a little sensation on my jaw, my arm but it comes and goes every time. I do face palpitations as well but in the extreme workouts and in anxiety or social gathering and traffic. Any suggestions, please?

I am 31, female, I am not ill Alhamdulilah and no medical history, but from 4-5 days around i am feeling pain in my chest, feeling like its a chest infection. Every time i take a deep breath for meditation i feel more pain in my chest, the pain is moving in my whole chest sometimes it’s in my left lung side sometimes in my back side. When I spit up in the morning there is very little blood. Very little blood in spit from 2 days. Please help me as i am worried.

I’m 20 years old female
I had random chest pain of different quality (sharp, stabbing, pricking, pressure like) since almost 6,7 months
Have done my ECG two times when pain was accompanied by shortness of breath, but doctor said all ok but may be I have anxiety
Now again I have severe pressure like pain in my chest which comes and goes everytime, sometimes also back pain
(I have stomach issues)
Sometimes I get afraid if I’m missing some major issue, should I again get checked by a cardiologist or is it ok??
I really need your help sir
In your age, its highy unlikely that your pain is due to heart. I would give you a trial of omeprazole 40mg Twice a day for 4 weeks. And try to eat less spicy, oily and extra sweet foods.
And if after this, pain persists, then go for exercise stress test to be sure to be sure that this is not from heart.

مجھے 1 مہینے سے سینے کے بالکل درمیان میں درد ہوتاہے یہ درد پہلے اگر میں انگڑائی لیتا تھا بازو اوپر کر کے تب ہوتا تھا اور ہے اور یہ دردصرف صبح کے ٹائم ہوتا ہے یا جب میں سو کر اٹھتا ہوں. اب جب مجھے چھینک آتی ہے تب بھی ہوتا ہے اور جب میں بہت زیادہ لمبا سانس لیتا ہوں تب ہلکا سا درد محسوس ہوتا ہے، آپ کے لحاظ سے کیا وجوہات ہوسکتی ہیں؟؟ برائے مہربانی جواب دینا ڈاکٹر صاحب. شکریہ

اسلام وعلیکم ڈاکٹر صاحب۔سر میر ے سینے میں درر ہوتا ہے۔جو ایک جگہ نہیں ہوتا 3 4سکینڈ کے لیے ہوتا ہے جیسے کرنٹ گزرتا ہے بایاں بازو میں کبھی انگلیاں تک درد کبھی کندھ میں کبھی گردنِ میں کبھی پورے بایاں طرف پاؤں تک ابھی 7 8 دنوں سے نہہند نہیں آ رہی بایاں طرف سونے سے تکالیف ہوتی ہے دل کی دھڑکن محسوس ہوتی ہے سب کچھ بیٹھے سے یا لیٹنے سے زیادہ ہوتا کام کرنے سے کھیل سے کوئی درد نہیں ہوتا سیڑھی کرنے سے درد نہیں ہوتا گمن کرکٹ وغیرہ کھیلنے سے درد نہیں ہوتا باغ مگر ایسے بھی

Sir I Have Heart Pain For Afew Months. it feels like my heart is pressed. I Mostly Feel It In Rest Positions It Suddendly Comes And Go. some time pain stays for hours. It End During Gym Or Exercise Periods ( with fine and healty diet ) BUT When i stop gyming then After Afew days it comes back. Age 27 weight 60 and i dont have other medical problems. please suggest me that its heart pain or something else? note that i always sleep in stomach position i hope that its not the cause of this pain..

Dr. sab ap ke explanation ka bohat shokriya. Ma basically Qatar me ho 2,3 dafa check karwa choka ho magar bolte hain kuch nahe ha. Moje sene me dard rahta ha opr k hise me done taraf. Koi thande chiz suit nahe karte. Thanda khane pine se dard zayada mahsoos hota ha, sans me b doshware mahsoos hote ha, or nak b band rahte ha zayada tar sardiyon me. Aese mahsoos hota ha k pahpron ka problem ha. Or gas kabas k b shkayat rahte ha. Waiting for your kind reply.

assalamu alaikum sir....mei 32 years ki hu...2 bachhe hai alhamdulillah...pehle mujhe ye problem nahi thi...lekin ab aksar esa hota hai ke raat ka khana khaane k baad mujhe acidity ki problm hoti hai..daily nai hota hai..but once in a week ye hota hai k raat ko chest pain hone lagta hai..jo mere back me bhi mehsoos karti hu...or ye centre me hota hai..ya fir poore chest and back me..or ye pain chote se burp aane pr zyada hoajata hai....aksar mujhe khaane k baad hi hota hai....
