I have to hand it to the lady speaking-she laid out her thoughts so well, and I appreciate how she gave a balanced viewpoint on everything, always concluding on a good note. She is well-balanced in her views, noting that flying for both an LCC in India and a full-service airline in the UAE is different and cannot be compared due to their distinct service models. It was also nice that she touched on topics of cultural differences and the importance of respect, even when there is a lack of understanding. Furthermore, while many focus solely on the negatives of past employers or airlines, I appreciate how she acknowledged her airline for teaching her the basics, which helped her become an even better crew member with Etihad. Thank you, Alex, for inviting Suchismita to your podcast. I wish both her and you the best in your respective flying careers.

Hey I had a question, does etihad send an english test to every candidate? I gave my final interview but received only 1 email where I was required to send my photographs whereas some of the other candidates received an english test as well. Does that mean I'm rejected?
