Ich denke die Kombination aus Standort, Weinkeller mit Weingut und Heimkino ist schon sehr speziell, dürfte nicht ganz so einfach mit dem Verkauf werden. Ich frage mich auch, warum man auf die Idee gekommen ist noch ein Heimkino einzubauen. Für mich persönlich wäre es das letzte was ich in einer Finca machen würde. Aber danke für die gute Präsentation. So eine kleine Villa oder Finca auf Mallorca wäre auch etwas für mich. Ich frage mich immer ist das nicht eigentlich etwas unsicher in einem Millionen Anwesen auf dem Platten Land zu leben ohne Nachbar weit und breit? Oder ist der Sicherheitsdienst im Preis schon inbegriffen?
