Amazon sells many cheap USB mics which can make it hard to find the best USB mic for your budget. Most of these USB microphones are from cheap brands, except for the Razer Seiren Mini. Coming from razer, it's surprizing that it isn't overpriced, and on top of that, it's said to be one of the best budget microphones so I was really excited to test it out.

IF THE VIDEO FEELS WEIRD SOMETIMES, HERE'S WHY:
I included a bunch of amazon screenshots etc & got an email that showing amazon prices/screenshots is not allowed so I had to cut them all out.
As a result, the video has weird cuts, music switches etc, however, no information has been cut out so the info is still solid.
    Cheers

I would say that the Sudotack is by far the best and most practical of those.
The Razer one seems to be kinda in the way when playing and it's not really good enough for creating content like podcasts etc. The Sudotack not only sounds the best of them, but has an arm delivered with it, which makes it easier to place at you desk. So this would definitely be my choice.

Exactly what I was looking for, and I'm thrilled that the winning mic is also the one that's sold locally and easiest to get my hands on! Thanks so much for this! Also, as someone who knows nothing about audio, it was great to hear so many mics side by side and actually hear the differences so clearly. I super appreciate the bit at the end where you added the EQ. No idea what that is, mind you 😅but it's good to know that I can play around with the audio to get even more out of the mic later. THANK YOU!

I like the sound of the FiFine the most. Maybe a little biased, since I also own one for two years. But I prefer the flat sound. Sounds more pleasant in Zoom/Discord calls and it gives you way more flexibility in post production

Thank you for this very informative yet brief overview of some entry level mics! I could hear the obvious difference in quality amongst the mics tested, but, being new to this, I found that all the mics, the "trash" ones included, were perfectly fine for lower budgets. I bought a mic "kit" very similar to the Sudotek one you featured with boom arm and accessories. I guess I will start to notice a difference once I've gone through the basic levels of voice recording. Again, thank you for this video!

For anyone that wants a guaranteed good microphone for budget, buy a clearance blue snowball. I've had the same one since early 2018 and it is still working to the point i don't need to buy a new one anytime soon. Never had a single issue. And nobody has ever complained about my microphone quality. Dispite it being right next to my keyboard as well.
