What do you think does virtual analog better - Modwave or Wavestate? Seems like Wavestate is better with its ability to import audio as waveforms. Your thoughts?
I have yet to hear something different. EVERY single time a new synth comes out, it’s THEEEEE same sounds in all the demo’s. Saw wave, same growl sound , same 70’s sci fi sound, wa wa wa sound. I don’t get it. Use all the nobs and create some different sounds.b

How can you look for something that’s ALWAYS in the settings that come with every synth. Don’t get me wrong I respect those sounds. They are that forefathers of sounds. But it’s time to move on.

You will not believe it but there are many who look for these sounds because they are tired of sounds that are too abstract and unusable.
All the soundsets found on youtube for Modwave are composed of ambient sounds, soundscapes and arpeggios. You can't take it anymore.
