President Uhuru Kenyatta campaigns in Tharaka Nithi after manifesto launch

President Uhuru Kenyatta used his campaign platform in Tharaka Nithi to put emphasis on some of the pledges Jubilee has listed in its blue print. The head of state highlighted his plan of ensuring free primary and day secondary school education in a move aimed at achieving a 100 percent transition from primary to secondary school.
