    Paul Garcia deserves full recognition for his efforts to bring Dr sabeel introducing Islam to his listeners who are not Muslims and we appreciate the way he respectfully listened and asked questions and also added his opinion which is really amazing.
    May Allah help him see the truth and make his own decisions

      Torah says it's wrong to Marry your son's wife...
      In the New Testament Jesus said if you marry a divorced woman you commit adultery.
      Allah told Mohammed to commit adultery. Ladies and gentlemen... God is perfect. If this is where you get your morals from consider this to be a different God than the Bible.

      @@fedesetrtatio1One key verse on this topic is from Surah Al-Hajj (22:46):
      "So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to hear? For indeed, it is not the eyes that are blinded, but blinded are the hearts which are within the chest"
      This verse highlights that blindness to the truth is not physical but spiritual-people may have functioning eyes, but their hearts and minds are closed to the truth of God's guidance. The Quran frequently warns against ignoring or rejecting the signs of Allah, urging people to open their hearts and minds to receive the truth.

    Dr, sabeel did a great job in explaining islam in coherent and elequent manner, he reminds me of Ahmed deedat. If i can be of use and add on to the apostasy question..
    The Hadith about killing apostate applied to Someone at the time who posed danger to the Muslim community, it dealt with a particular circumstance at the time... At the time of propet muhamd pbuh there were no dedicated Muslim army, any able bodied Muslim might be called upon to defend the Muslim frontiers against the attacks of others, so because every Muslim was a potential soldier, the individual knew the weaknesses and movements of the muslim military and he can reveal those secrets and blueprints to a foreign entity that could come to attack the Muslims at there point of weakness. So it was necessary for Muslims to recognize this and if anyone left the ranks he was treated like Soldier today who might abandon the ranks, some countries give the death penalty and some give life in prison some get banished just like Edward snowden, so every country has its law. This doesn't apply nowadays every Muslim isn't a soldier we have dedicated armies

    • @fedesetrtatio1
      @fedesetrtatio1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If the quran applies to a certain period of time and history then it does not fulfill what it claims to do, ie a book for all mankind for all eternity. Dont put Allah under the bus for your ego. The apostasy laws are enshrined in Sharia today and is taught is all four schools of Sharia. No body attacked islam. Islam was always the aggressive force. Read your own history before you make a fool of yourself amongst educated folk. Apostacy is not desertion. Apostasy is what Mohammad commanded. he said kill all those who leave islam. He did not say kill all those who left the battle field. Do you know about the Rida war it is called the war of apostacy. As soon as Mohammad died thousands of followers began leaving the gang. Abu Bakr killed them all.

      This guy quotes the Bible and then when the other dozen times it condemns the prophet "oh no he didn't say that"
      One thing that is certain that I know so far in my seeking for truth is this...
      One last thing, Mohammed confirmed the Bible that was in their hands. He even put his hands on the Torah. Yall be trippin.

    • @leemajor5003
      @leemajor5003 ปีที่แล้ว

      @DL
      If your referring this thus verse...
      [5:116] God said, "O Jesus, son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as two gods besides God?' " He said, "Glory to You, it is not for me to say what I had no right to say."
      This verse does not mention “Trinity”. The verse simply says people took him and his mom as gods besides God.
      It’s not an inaccurate statement either. Many Christians regard Jesus as God in the flesh and God the son, so in essence they made Jesus a god besides God by ascribing divinity to him. And he is another Creator besides God in Colossians 1:16-17.
      As for Mary, there are quite a lot of people who think she has divinity. Such as Pope John Paul II when he was shot. He kept praying “Mary my mother” which implied he wanted Mary to save him, when it is only God that does so. And when he survived, he gave all the glory to her for saving his life and not God. This is clear idol-worship. Also the concept of Mary being “All-Holy” is that she lived a sinless life! Only God is sinless, no one else! Mary is also thought of by some people as a “co-mediator” that assists Jesus in his divine roles as mediator, thus ascribing undue divinity to her. The last official Spanish execution for heresy happened in 1826, where they hanged a schoolmaster for replacing “Hail Mary” with “Praise be to God” for school prayers. Mary is venerated much, much more than a normal woman should be, to the point of idol-worship, thus is it not wrong to say that some people have taken her as a god besides God.
