late comment but this song is my favorite by minami cuz I relate to it so much. creating a fake, happy version of yourself to hide your struggles with depression only for everyone to prefer the fake you. I realise that maybe not the true meaning specifically but that's how I relate to it
I think she did do an acoustic guitar version of crying for rain where she is the one singing and its just her own camera nothing edited no edits to her voice or anything. Its pretty great
She really reminds me of a female chester, (The main singer of the band Linkin Park). The style of music, the actual vocals, as you really dont expect her vocal range, same with chester.

Nah, Crying For Rain is fantastic, but this song is an absolute masterpiece.
Hollowness is by far the best, but that might just be because it speaks more to me on a spiritual level.
