Have being using such a clipper for last good few years. The device itself is of good quality, has a durable battery and still works fine. Adjustable length cut is a great idea to minimize number of different attachment combs. But the mayor fail is a shitty plastic those attachment combs are made of. Absolutely too fragile, easily breaking, not durable total disintegration... That unfortunately makes all setup unusable 🤷
I was using HC 5800 with 1-13 mm comb. On the box it says that 1-42 mm available but i couldn't see the number on comb. Little one supports only 3-21mm
My husband haven’t tried it yet because he have a trimmer only for the beard. Remington hc5150 hair clipper is bigger than the beard trimmer he have. He recommend to invest in a regular beard trimmer because it will be easier to handle and more accurate to navigate around as you trim back your whiskers. Thank you for watching.
This clipper is a piece of sh*t to put it mildly. The clip that holds the comb in place is easily dislodged and a little spring inside it is impossible to put back in place. I do not recommend this product.

I think 1-2mm uses only the blade without the comb since the comb starts with 3mm. Thank you for watching 🤗

The HC5880 seems way better. 3 times the price (50 € vs 16 € at the moment), but in the long run I think it's worth it.
