Thank you so much, Bob! We truly learned so much from Erika's methods of exploring new flavors and scents and felt inspired to experience plants in a similar way! Have a great day :) ~Gracie
I have furbabies in the house so I don't use essential oils as much as I used to. I actually prefer to use the hydrosols now. My pets have other rooms to go to when I use them but I find sometimes they linger. ( I never use them or the oils directly on them). Thank you for doing this. I have so many that I'm going to spritz a bit more often now!
So fun. I love hydrosols; what a lovely reminder that I can use them for emotional support as their primary purpose, rather than feeling like it’s a secondary effect of using them for skin or hair support. I totally want to try the sweetgrass now. :)
Hi Barbara! For this video, Erika used neroli (orange blossom), chamomile, tulsi holy basil, and sweetgrass. Erika goes through what each hydrosol is around 12:30 if you'd like to watch along!
I so enjoy this presentation and Ericka on tea flavors. You are opening a pathway for all of us to connect and relate with the plant universe. Bob

We may be biased but our sweetgrass hydrosol is magical 🥰
Their Sweetgrass is fabulous indeed. This was fun watching you.
Thank you so much! 🥰
What were the four hydrosols she was trying. It was hard to zoom in on the far left one.
