4060 is great if your goal is for a console equivalent system and unlike consoles which have to deal with fsr, you get dlss and better ray tracing performance.
those sharpness sliders are usually pretty terrible imo, not even better than using NIS. If you want some better sharpening I'd use DLDSR downsampling at 20% (lower value is more sharpening) and combine it with DLSS upscaling to still have decent performance.

Kryzzp did you test the same area (~80% GPU utilisation) with the 7950X3D in 7800X3D mode and disable non-3D v-cache cores to see if the cpu if maybe the low GPU % might be the scheduler switching between ccds? Or if it’s a vram issue and the GPU vram usage isn’t correct?
Is it that much worse in 1440p with DLSS B compared to DLSS Q? I think with a couple of tweaks it's possible to have an enjoyable experience with this card in 1440p. Anyway, fun review as always! Keep it up

Realy? I used to set ray reconstruction to on by default in cyberpunk with my laptop. I think it looked decent and it worked fine. I should retest it in this case
If we going to have games build around RT in the future, GPUs really need to go down in price. Sub 60fps at 1080p performance settings, with a brand new 300€+ GPU with limited VRAM, is not appealing. RTX4060 is not a RTX4050...or is it Nvidia? 🤨

As others have noted, the ai denoiser only improves performance when rtxdi is used.
